Provided is a blending system, including a blending container for use with an immersion blender. The blending container may include curved or domed bottom surface that extends into a cavity of the container and that is configured to engage with the bell of the immersion blender. The blending container may prevent one or more of: splashing of foodstuff during the blending process, suction of the immersion blender to a bottom of the container during use, or cavitation of the foodstuff. The containers may direct foodstuff within the container or towards the immersion blender to prevent splashing and facilitate mixing of foodstuff. The blending container may further include an annular shoulder that tapers inwardly from a sidewall of the container to an open end.

A motion analysis apparatus for food preparation includes at least one motion detection device configured to capture motion data. A controller is in communication with the motion detection device. The controller is configured to compare the motion data to a food preparation movement and initiate a motion instruction for a recipe in response to a comparison of the motion data to the food preparation movement.

A device for removing coconut water and meat from a coconut has a drill unit. A first attachment is removable coupled to the drill unit to drain the coconut water. A second attachment is removable coupled to the drill unit to open the coconut to remove the coconut meat.

The invention discloses a hand blender with a body which can be connected with different stirring tools. The speed control knob and the safety switch, starting switch which control the moving of the motor are set up of the body. An immersion mixer includes: a housing; a drive motor residing within the housing; a shaft attached to the motor and configured to rotate relative to the housing; blades attached to and rotatable with the shaft; a handle attached to the housing, the handle including a first segment and a second segment attached to the first segment and to the housing; and a trigger attached to the handle and operatively associated with the motor. The trigger includes a first segment that is generally parallel with the first segment of the handle and a second segment that is generally parallel with the second segment of the handle. Engagement by a user of either the first segment of the trigger or the second segment of the trigger causes the drive motor to rotate the shaft and blades.

A compact cold press grinder that fits within a user's hand that includes a cold press grinder and a container that holds consumables, such as fruits, vegetables, seeds, aquatic plants, and/or other nutritious consumable. The cold press grinder crushes and grinds the consumables to a liquid paste or juice using friction forces, shear forces and pressure (e.g. hydraulic press). The cold press grinder includes a housing that is removably attachable to the container. The cold press grinder may include an input for receiving the consumables within the container and a plurality of nip roller pairs that grind the consumables. The cold press grinder has one output to output the consumable as is or the liquid paste or the juice prepared by the cold press grinder and does not include an output to output consumable waste products.

A kitchen appliance for food processing, which has a drive shaft, a working part, preferably having a blade, which is provided on the drive shaft, a protective hood having multiple cut-outs in the circumferential direction, which protective hood surrounds the working part and has an opening in the axial direction of the drive shaft, and a preferably cylindrical accessory element. The accessory element has an outer body having a first axial end face and a second, opposite axial end face, and the protective hood, by cooperation with the accessory element, defines a cavity for processing foods which is closed in the circumferential direction of the protective hood. The outer body further has multiple, protrusions projecting inwards in the radial direction, which protrusions can be operatively connected to the cut-outs in the protective hood.

A cooking article includes a cooking utensil and a handle that is removably connected to the cooking utensil. The handle includes a plurality of hollow seasoning compartment sections, each section configured to store grindable seasonings. The handle includes a selector switch configured to select one of the plurality of seasoning compartment sections for grinding and dispensing seasonings. The handle includes a plurality of sliding members. Each sliding member is associated with a corresponding seasoning compartment section and includes one or more grinding teeth configured to grind the grindable seasonings of the associated seasoning compartment section. The handle includes a lever configured to be pressed and released. When the lever is pressed and released, the lever moves the sliding member associated with the selected seasoning compartment section back and forth, causing the sliding member's grinding teeth to grind the grindable seasonings in the selected seasoning compartment section.

Disclosed are a cutter assembly and a fruit and vegetable cutter using the cutter assembly. The cutter assembly includes a rotating shaft assembly, a forward-rotating blade and a counter-rotating blade. The rotating shaft assembly has a first mandrel and a first outer shaft. The end of the first mandrel and the end of the first outer shaft are each provided with a first transmission part coupled to a drive device; the blades are respectively arranged in the shaft assembly and perpendicular to the rotating shaft assembly; one blade is coupled to the first mandrel, and the other is coupled with the first outer shaft, so that the blades can be driven by the rotating shaft assembly to rotate in two opposite directions at the same time. The fruit and vegetable cutter includes a fruit and vegetable cavity, the cutter assembly and a driving device for driving the cutter assembly.

A cooking article includes a cooking utensil and a handle. The handle includes several hollow seasoning compartment sections. The handle also includes a rotatable handle cap, a seasoning compartment section selector, and first and second release shafts that rotate together. The first and second release shafts and a release button move together along the axis of the handle. Rotating the handle without depressing the release button, selects one of the seasoning compartment sections such that an opening of the second release shaft is positioned above an opening the selected seasoning compartment section. Pressing the release button moves the release button and the first and second release shafts such that the opening of the second release shaft is aligned with the opening of the selected seasoning compartment section, releasing seasonings from the selected seasoning compartment, through the opening of the second release shaft, into a cavity of the second release shaft.
