A cooking system for cooking food includes a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive a food container. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening to said hollow chamber. A lid is movable relative to said housing. The lid contacts the housing in a closed position about the upper portion of the housing to close the opening to the hollow chamber. At least one heating element is associated with at least one of said housing and said lid. The cooking system is operable in a plurality of cooking modes including a pressure cooking mode and a convective cooking mode. In said pressure cooking mode, the cooking system is operable as a pressure cooker and in said convective cooking mode, the cooking system is operable as a convection cooker.
Float valve motion detection device, pot cover assembly and pressure cooking appliance
The present disclosure provides a float valve motion detection device, a pot cover assembly and a pressure cooking appliance, the float valve motion detection device comprising: a float valve, a hollow inductance coil and a detection circuit. A valve core of the float valve is made of materials having permeability unequal to that of air. When the valve core is pushed by the pressure in a pot from a first position to a second position, the volume of the valve core in the hollow inductance coil changes, which changes the inductance of the hollow inductance coil. A detection circuit determines the position of the valve core by means of detecting the change in the inductance of the hollow inductance coil so as to determine whether it is safe to uncover at the current time.
COOKING CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS, COOKING DEVICE, COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
Embodiments of the present application provide a cooking control method and apparatus, a cooking device, and a computer readable storage medium, being applied to cooking devices. The cooking device includes an oil draining apparatus. The cooking control method includes obtaining a cooking instruction; when it is determined that the cooking instruction instructs the initiation of an oil draining function, obtaining a first temperature inside of the cooking device; controlling, according to the first temperature and a pre-set temperature range, the working state of the cooking device, and the cooking ingredients undergo boiling periodically, and the grease inside of the cooking ingredients enters the oil draining apparatus.
UNATTENDED-COOKING RICE COOKER DEVICE
The present invention relates to an unattended-cooking rice cooker device in which cooking ingredients such as rice or other grains are supplied, cleaned, and cooked and, more specifically, to an unattended-cooking rice cooker device comprising: a supply unit that divides and stores the cooking ingredients to supply the cooking ingredients; a cleaning unit that receives the cooking ingredients supplied from the supply unit and cleans the cooking ingredients supplied therein while forwardly and backwardly rotating; and a cooking unit including a rice cooker that receives and cooks the cooking ingredients cleaned in the cleaning unit, so as to automatically perform the cleaning and cooking of the ingredients. At the same time, a cleaning drum unit of the cleaning unit can be used as a lid (cap) of the cooking unit including the rice cooker, and thus the number of components can be reduced. In addition, the heat during the cooking is transferred into the cleaning unit to improve hygiene conditions in the cleaning unit.
Material, cleaning device and cooking appliance
The present disclosure provides a material cleaning device and a cooking appliance: The device includes a cleaning cavity, a material transport pipe, a cleaning inlet pipe and a cleaning and sealing assembly. The upper part of the cleaning cavity is provided with a material feeding port and an air inlet; the air inlet is used for transporting an air flow to the cleaning cavity to assist in material discharging; the cleaning inlet pipe is able to be connected to a water source and an air source, the cleaning and sealing assembly is provided at a material discharging port and is connected to the cleaning inlet pipe so as to open or close the material discharging port under the driving of the cleaning inlet pipe; and the cleaning and sealing assembly is provided with a transport hole in communication with an output end of the cleaning inlet pipe and the inner space of the cleaning cavity.
Steam exhausting device and electric pressure cooker comprising steam exhausting device
A steam exhausting device coupled to a cover of an electric pressure cooker includes: a housing that has an upper surface defining a first opening and a lower surface defining a second opening; a steam pipe that is spaced apart from the second opening and that extends along a vertical line passing the second opening; a pressure member arranged in the housing along the vertical line and configured to move down to a discharge end of the steam pipe; a lever disposed in the housing and having a first end connected to the pressure member; a button connected to a second end of the lever and configured to move vertically along a vertical axis passing the first opening, where the button includes a magnetic body; and an electromagnet disposed at a bottom surface of the housing. The vertical axis passes the electromagnet.
Wireless power supply system for cooking appliance and cooking appliance
A wireless power supply system for a cooking appliance includes a power transmission device and a power reception device. The power transmission device includes a transmission coil and a coil driving circuit coupled to the transmission coil and configured to drive the transmission coil to generate an alternating electromagnetic field and vary a resonance voltage of the transmission coil. The power reception device includes a reception coil matching the transmission coil and configured to sense the alternating electromagnetic field to generate a varying induction voltage signal that varies according to the varying resonance voltage and a communication and demodulation circuit configured to demodulate the varying induction voltage signal to output demodulated data.
Soup cooking control method for a pressure cooker, pressure cooker, and computer-readable storage medium
The present disclosure relates to a soup cooking control method for a pressure cooker, a pressure cooker, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: a preheating and temperature-increasing stage, a medium-high temperature maintenance stage, a high pressure maintenance stage, and a decompression exhaust stage. The medium-high temperature maintenance stage includes: opening the pressure relief valve, to allow the pressure cooker to be in a non-closed state; controlling, under the non-closed state of the pressure cooker, the heating body to supply heat with a first preset heating power, and maintaining an internal temperature of the pressure cooker at a first preset temperature within a first preset duration. The present disclosure solves the problem that when the existing pressure cooker makes soup, insufficient oxidation of fat will cause large amounts of fat in the meat to dissolve, which affects people's health and the taste of the soup.
