The overflow structure includes: a mainframe-upper-cover drainage structure including at least one side drainage hole opened at an edge of the mainframe upper cover, and a first water receiving part for transferring liquid in the side drainage hole; an interference drainage structure including a water receiving tray for receiving liquid overflowing from a gap between the clutch assembly and the mainframe upper cover, and a second water receiving component for transferring liquid in the water receiving tray.

The coupler has symmetrically configured concentric power terminals, which are connected to a mains power source in use, and a magnetic coupling region disposed concentrically around an outer periphery of the power terminals. The complementary coupler has complementary power terminals configured to engage with the symmetrically configured concentric power terminals of the coupler, and an engaging region disposed concentrically around an outer periphery of the complementary terminals. A magnetic force provides a mutual attraction between the magnetic coupling region and the engaging region, thereby engaging the power terminals and complementary power terminals and establishing an electrical connection between the coupler and the appliance.

When the vessel insert is positioned in a cooking vessel, the transition wall engages an upper rim of the cooking vessel. A basket is positioned inside the vessel insert, extending downward along the transition wall. The basket includes a center hole and plurality of small holes. The basket has a bottom surface, which curves upwards to form a lower surface and the center hole. The plurality of small holes is positioned in the bottom surface the basket. The structure of the vessel insert is such that resulting boil over, foam, and liquids are directed back into the cooking vessel though the small holes.
