METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING MILK-AIR EMULSIONS
A method for producing different types of milk-air emulsions with a milk-air emulsion generating device, comprising: producing the milk-air emulsions in dependence on at least one determined physical material characteristic of the milk-air emulsion.
COFFEE MACHINE
A coffee machine includes a pot liner and a heating mechanism for heating the pot liner. The pot liner has a water inlet and a water outlet. An automatic drain mechanism is provided at the water outlet of the pot liner for opening or blocking the water outlet according to the ambient temperature at the water outlet. The automatic drain mechanism can be used to control outflow of the heated water from the pot liner according to the ambient temperature, so that the structure for exhausting water is simplified and the size of the coffee machine is reduced. Moreover, the fluid flowing out under the pressure generated due to steam will facilitate to brew ground coffee, thereby enhancing the quality of coffee.
Passive metering for pour-over coffee brewing
In pour-over brewing, a vessel containing water can be suspended over a brew basket so that the water can drain, under gravity, into the brew basket and onto the coffee, and the water level in the brew basket is used to regulate the flow of water from the vessel. A vessel that is closed, other than the mouth thereof, and containing brew-heated water, is suspended over the brew basket so that the water can drain from the mouth of the vessel into the brew basket and into the ground coffee to brew liquid coffee, which drains into a container. Rising of the water in the brew basket causes interruption of drainage of the water from the mouth of the vessel into the brew basket, and lowering of the water in the brew basket causes resumption of drainage of the water from the mouth of the vessel into the brew basket.
Automatic pour over coffee maker
This invention provides a coffee maker having a top housing (2) connected to a bottom housing (3) via a plurality of connecting elements (4) such that the top housing is enacted above the bottom housing; a water tank (1) positioned on top of the top housing; a carafe (5) to be placed under the top housing, the carafe has an upper part having a brewing cone (51); and a rotating spout (6) located at the bottom of said top housing and above the carafe for pouring hot water into the carafe.
CYCLIC PREHEATING COFFEE POT AND WORKING METHOD THEREOF
A cyclic preheating coffee pot includes a main body, a brewing cavity, a water supply apparatus, a heating apparatus, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe mounted on the main body, and a control apparatus, a driving apparatus and a flow dividing structure mounted on the main body. The water supply apparatus is communicated with the heating apparatus, the water supply apparatus is configured to supply water to the heating apparatus, and the water outlet pipe is communicated with the heating apparatus and the flow dividing structure. The flow dividing structure includes a first branch. The water outlet pipe is communicated with the water supply apparatus via the first branch, such that the water supply apparatus, the water inlet pipe, the heating apparatus, the water outlet pipe and the first branch are communicated and form a cyclic pipeline provided with a one-way valve apparatus or a water pump.
