In-line flavor dispenser
A device to provide in-line flavor for water or other liquid stored in a container. An example device includes a body having a cylindrical shape chamber formed therein, and an opening on a first end of the body. A cartridge holder fits within the chamber of the body and retains a flavoring therein for the water or other liquid. The cartridge holder has a plurality of openings for the water or other liquid to flow through. When a user drinks from the drinking end, the water or other liquid flows from the container and through the housing and mixes with a flavoring from the cartridge holder before being drawn through to the drinking end so that the user drinks a flavored water or other liquid.

Beverage extraction device
A beverage extraction device is provided, including a pot body, a cup body, a cup holder and a floating sealing structure; the pot body is provided with a cavity connected to an outside; an inner cavity of the cup body is set to form a material cavity, the cup body is set in the cavity, a bottom of the material cavity is connected to the cavity, and a first filter screen is provided at a connection; the cup holder is connected to a top of the cup body, the cup holder is provided with a cup holder air hole connected to the material cavity, and the cup holder is further provided with a pumping and filling mechanism connected to the cup holder air hole, the pumping and filling mechanism makes the material cavity form positive and negative pressure.
Brewing apparatus
A brewing apparatus may include a chassis. The chassis may include a chassis beverage cup base. A chassis beverage cup cavity defined within the chassis beverage cup base may be configured to receive a beverage cup of a plurality of beverage cups. The brewing apparatus may include an adaptor insert assembly dimensioned to fit within the chassis beverage cup cavity. An adaptor insert cavity defined within the adaptor insert may be configured to receive a second beverage cup of a plurality of beverage cups. The brewing apparatus may include a controller configured to acquire data about the beverage cup or the second beverage cup via the one or more sensors. The controller may be configured to at least one of select or adjust a catering profile of a plurality of catering profiles based on the acquired data.
LIQUID BREWING DEVICE
A liquid brewing device includes a base housing a motor and at least one base magnet rotatable by the motor relative to the base, a pitcher having an interior volume, and a brew basket for receiving brewing ingredients, the brew basket being removably insertable positioned in the interior volume of the pitcher. An agitator is positioned entirely within and rotatable relative to the brew basket, the agitator being operatively coupled to at least one agitator magnet. The at least one agitator magnet is magnetically coupled to the at least one base magnet, such that rotation of the at least one base magnet by the motor operates to rotate the at least one agitator magnet and the agitator.
Methods for Preparing Instant Coffee and Coffee Prepared by These Methods
Processes and apparatus for preparing instant coffee are described. In these processes, brewed coffee is fortified by adding coffee liquids separated from the surface of a separately-brewed batch of coffee. This fortification may increase the levels of lipids and other compounds that tend to be lost in greater amounts during lyophilization and other drying processes. The resulting fortified coffee, separated from coffee grounds and chilled to an appropriate temperature, may be held in a tank that has been washed with an acidifier, such as lemon juice or another fruit-derived citric acid, while awaiting lyophilization or another drying process.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACCELERATING EXTRACTION OF INGREDIENTS INTO A PRODUCT
A system and method for extraction is provided. The method includes filling a chamber of a vessel at least partially with at least one liquid ingredient. The method also includes diffusing at least one displacement material having a higher molecular mass than terrestrial air and a lower molecular mass than the liquid ingredient through at least one port located adjacent to or along a bottom surface of the vessel for releasing oxygen from the liquid ingredient. The method also includes discharging the released oxygen from the chamber through an outlet adjacent to or along a top surface of the vessel to provide a substantially anaerobic atmosphere. The method also includes introducing at least one additional ingredient into the chamber of the vessel. The method also includes agitating the at least one liquid ingredient and the at least one additional ingredient while maintaining the anaerobic atmosphere in the chamber.
