Beverage extraction device
A beverage extraction device is provided, including a pot body, a cup body, a cup holder and a floating sealing structure; the pot body is provided with a cavity connected to an outside; an inner cavity of the cup body is set to form a material cavity, the cup body is set in the cavity, a bottom of the material cavity is connected to the cavity, and a first filter screen is provided at a connection; the cup holder is connected to a top of the cup body, the cup holder is provided with a cup holder air hole connected to the material cavity, and the cup holder is further provided with a pumping and filling mechanism connected to the cup holder air hole, the pumping and filling mechanism makes the material cavity form positive and negative pressure.
Brewer system, method and apparatus
A brewer system includes a reservoir, a steep chamber movable relative to the reservoir and positioned over a mouth of the reservoir, and a filter tape positioned between the chamber and the reservoir. Brewing substance and water are added to the chamber to form a brewed beverage that passes through the filter tape and into the reservoir through the mouth.

COFFEE DISPENSER SYSTEM
A coffee dispenser system including a coffee brewer unit, a container and a coffee supply channel between the coffee brewer unit and the container to provide a fluid connection between the coffee brewer unit and the container for receiving and holding coffee from the coffee brewer unit, and an outlet channel for coffee which is connected to the container. The coffee supply channel and the outlet channel for coffee both connect to the container at a bottom side of the container. The coffee supply channel that connects to the container extends upwardly inside the container up to a highest level. At the highest level, an air relief chamber is provided to release air from the coffee transported through the coffee supply channel, and from the air relief chamber, a coffee mix channel extends downwardly to above and near to the bottom of the container.
Filter vessel, apparatus and method for preparing a filtrate
A filter vessel for preparing a filtrate, in particular of coffee or tea, comprises a cylindrical chamber with a filling opening at the upper end and a base having a filter region at the lower end. During a filtration process, the filter vessel can be placed onto a receiving container. The contact region between the filter vessel and the receiving container is hermetically sealed in an air-tight manner. A negative pressure can be generated in the receiving container by an evacuation device. The filter vessel comprises, on its underside, a recess surrounding the filter region. The recess receives the rim of an opening of the receiving container. A seal is situated in the recess. An air duct has a first duct opening located on the underside of the filter vessel inside the seal, and a second duct opening, which is suitable for connection to the evacuation device.
Beverage Extracting Device
A beverage extracting device including a vessel for receiving and mixing a powder material and hot liquid, a filter beneath the vessel, an electrical gas pump that connects through a duct to the vessel for supply-ing pressurized gas into the vessel, and an outlet for extracted liquid at an outlet side of the filter which is opposite to the vessel. The outlet connects to an outlet duct for the extracted liquid. A current sensing circuit connects to a power line of the electrical gas pump for monitoring an electrical current through the electrical gas pump. The current sensing circuit is connected to a controller for detecting whether the electrical current is above a preestablished threshold. The controller is arranged to reduce power supplied to the electrical gas pump when the controller establishes that the electrical current through the electrical gas pump is above the preestablished threshold.

Pressure relief valve configuration for beverage machine
A method and apparatus for venting a liquid supply of a beverage machine, e.g., by permanently open orifice and/or pressure relief valve. The orifice may always vent a heater tank, even while liquid is delivered to the tank by a liquid pump and/or while the tank is pressurized by an air pump to deliver liquid from the tank. A filter may be positioned between a heater tank and orifice and/or air pump. The pressure relief valve may be positioned between the liquid pump and the inlet side of the heater tank, e.g., so relatively cool water is released by the pressure relief valve when open.
