Disclosed is a coffee brewing device, comprising a coffee box, brewing mechanism, water feeding and discharging mechanism and main body bracket. The coffee box is inside the lower end of the main body bracket; the brewing mechanism at the upper end. The coffee box mechanism is connected to the brewing mechanism, with water feeding and discharging mechanism on one side of the main body bracket, connected to a water way of the coffee box mechanism. The main body bracket has a coffee inlet, a drive component for driving and connecting the brewing mechanism, a first assembling hole for installing one end of the coffee box mechanism, and a second moving guide groove for movably installing the other end of the coffee box mechanism. The coffee brewing device has accurate drive control, simple water feed, quiet, quick, stable, no dismantling or washing, long service life, reliable, and few mechanical parts.
Beverage preparation machine with movable mixing chamber
A beverage preparation machine comprising a beverage ingredient powder storing container and a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber being movable between a dosing position, where the outlet of the storing container emerges in the mixing chamber inlet, and a mixing position, where the outlet of the storing container does not emerge in the mixing chamber inlet. The dosing position being placed at a lower vertical position than the mixing position, and wherein the machine comprises an auger at the bottom of the beverage ingredient powder storing container configured for guiding a dose of powder to the outlet of the storing container. The machine also comprises a door at the outlet of the storing container, the door being configured so that when the mixing chamber moves to the dosing position the movement of the mixing chamber activates the opening of the door and when the mixing chamber moves to the mixing position the movement of the mixing chamber induces the closure of the door.
Infusion unit for a coffee machine
An infusion unit having a closing piston, an infusion cylinder, and an ejection piston (for ejecting spent coffee). The piston can slide inside the infusion cylinder, between a retracted position and an extended position, for ejection of the spent coffee. Operation of the ejection piston can involve an oscillating rocker having a first arm (for driving the ejection piston) and a second arm (for engaging the oscillating movement of the rocker). The oscillating rocker can involve a first control cam arranged to generate oscillation in a direction driving toward the extended position of the ejection piston, or a second control cam arranged to generate oscillation in a direction driving toward the retracted position of the ejection piston.

The present invention relates to a proportional emulsion valve (1), configured to be used inside a fluid treatment machine, comprising a main body (2) in which an inlet duct (3) is defined, operatively connectable to the hydraulic circuit of a fluid treatment machine and configured to allow the entrance into said valve (1) of a fluid at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, and an outlet duct (4) operatively connectable to the hydraulic circuit of the machine and configured for the expulsion of the fluid from the valve (1), the inlet duct (3) and said outlet duct (4) being in fluid communication one another, the valve (1) comprising a slider (7) selectively positionable in an opening position, in which it allows the fluid communication between the inlet duct (3) and the outlet duct (4), and being selectively positionable, against the pressure exerted by a fluid when it is contained in the inlet duct (3), in a closing position in which the fluid communication between the inlet duct (3) and the outlet duct (4) is interrupted due to direct or indirect action of the slider (7), the slider (7) being operatively connected to an actuating system (9) comprising a driving element (10) configured to selectively exercise on the slider (7) a desired closing force (11) which tends to bring it towards the closing position; the driving element (10) is configured to exert the closing force (11) on the slider (7) through an elastic element (12) interposed between the driving element (10) and the slider (7) and configured to elastically force the slider (7) towards the closing position.
