An article of manufacture for providing a foot pedal controlled beverage dispenser is disclosed. The foot pedal controlled beverage dispenser has a beverage dispenser having a beverage storage cavity and a beverage dispenser signal controller, a dispensing valve coupled to the beverage storage cavity and operating under the control of the beverage dispenser signal controller and a foot pedal communicatively coupled to the beverage dispenser signal controller providing an input signal to open the dispensing valve.

A cold brew coffee system and method is provided. The cold brew coffee system includes a liquid tank and an infusion tank. The liquid tank and the infusion tank each include an inlet and an outlet. The infusion tank may include a top filter and a bottom filter and contains coffee grinds therebetween. A first liquid line runs from the outlet of the fusion tank to the inlet of the liquid tank. A first pump pumps liquid from through the first liquid line from the infusion tank to the liquid tank. The outlet of the liquid tank delivers the liquid to the inlet of the infusion tank.

A beverage maker for dispensing coffee beverages includes a water heater, a brewing apparatus, which can be supplied with hot water from the water heater, and an outlet device, which is connected to the brewing apparatus via a hot-beverage line. The beverage maker also has at least one outlet head, which can be secured on the outlet device and is intended for dispensing one or more beverage components, which are guided to the outlet device via separate food lines. The outlet device has a mechanical interface in order for the outlet head to be coupled on in a sealing manner.

A brewer system includes a reservoir, a steep chamber movable relative to the reservoir and positioned over a mouth of the reservoir, and a filter tape positioned between the chamber and the reservoir. Brewing substance and water are added to the chamber to form a brewed beverage that passes through the filter tape and into the reservoir through the mouth.

A beverage liquid dispenser, in particular coffee or hot water, comprising a hollow body having at least one storage chamber provided with at least one inlet hole for the beverage liquid, at least one dispensing chamber provided below with at least one dispensing hole for dispensing the beverage liquid, said storage chamber having a descending bottom and being provided at the lowest point of said bottom with a first connecting opening connecting to said dispensing chamber, said dispensing chamber having at least a first descending connecting channel connecting said first opening to a first perimeter zone of said dispensing hole, characterized in that said storage chamber is provided with at least a second connecting opening connecting to said dispensing chamber, said dispensing chamber having at least a second descending connection channel connecting said second opening to a second perimeter zone of said dispensing hole that is distinct and separate from said first zone.

A coffee dispenser system including a coffee brewer unit, a container and a coffee supply channel between the coffee brewer unit and the container to provide a fluid connection between the coffee brewer unit and the container for receiving and holding coffee from the coffee brewer unit, and an outlet channel for coffee which is connected to the container. The coffee supply channel and the outlet channel for coffee both connect to the container at a bottom side of the container. The coffee supply channel that connects to the container extends upwardly inside the container up to a highest level. At the highest level, an air relief chamber is provided to release air from the coffee transported through the coffee supply channel, and from the air relief chamber, a coffee mix channel extends downwardly to above and near to the bottom of the container.

A beverage making apparatus including at least a beverage producing portion, a controllable by-pass water system, and at least one of a sweetener system or flavoring system in which the sweetener system and/or flavoring system controllably mixes a sweetener ingredient and/or flavoring ingredient with water external to the housing without mixing in a confined structure. A method for producing a beverage is provided including at least the steps of: providing a beverage making apparatus; providing a water dispensing system; providing at least one of a sweetener dispensing system and flavoring system; and controllably dispensing water and at least one of sweetener and flavoring externally of the apparatus for combination with beverage produced by the beverage making apparatus.

Temperature control for extracted beverages, including coffee, via controlled vacuum, and associated systems and methods are disclosed. A representative system includes a brew chamber, a beverage chamber in fluid communication with the brew chamber, a vacuum source in fluid communication with the beverage chamber, and a flow control device positioned to vary the force applied by the vacuum chamber on the brew chamber via the beverage chamber.

A cold brew coffee apparatus has a first container, a second container, a centerpiece connector, and a filter. Preferably, the filter is positionable within the first container such that it divides the filter interior volume from the remainder of the first container interior volume. Preferably, cold brew infusion occurs when water in the first container interior volume passes through the water-permeable barrier and soaks coffee grounds within the filter interior volume to form a soluble coffee extract. An alternative cold brew coffee apparatus includes only a single brew chamber and a filter.
