COOKING UTENSIL HAVING IMPROVED NON-STICK CHARACTERISTICS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A cooking utensil according to the present invention includes a cooking utensil body A which is composed of a laminate including a metal substrate 1 and a fluorine resin film 2 laminated on the metal substrate 1, and the fluorine resin film 2 forms an inner surface of the cooking utensil body A, wherein the fluorine resin film 2 has a thickness 20 to 300 μm, a thickness deviation of 0.1 to 10 μm, and a surface roughness of 0.1 to 10 μm. The fluorine resin film 2 is manufactured by a casting method, a cutting method, a calender method, or an extrusion molding method, thereby having uniform thickness and surface roughness. The fluorine resin film 2 has the uniform thickness and surface roughness, thereby improving non-stick characteristics.
Vessel comprising a thermochromic indicator coating
A vessel for frying, baking or cooking foodstuffs, includes at least one visible first material and one visible second material, wherein at least the first material reversibly changes color thermochromically when heated. The coloring of the two materials is selected in order for a color difference between the two materials to change visibly when the vessel is heated.
Apparatus and method for isostatic roasting of an upright animal carcass
An animal carcass cooking and roasting assembly and method of use in an oven, the assembly including a base tray, a liquid container mounted on and connected to the tray in a rack in a spaced apart upright position, the container arranged to receive a substantial amount of heat by conduction from the tray by the use of a tray and container connecting thermal via, the container arranged to fit within an open end of the carcass and wherein the opposite end of the carcass is tightly plugged or closed to form an isostatic chamber to contain liquid evaporated from the container within the carcass during the cooking process.
AIR FRYER LINER
An air fryer liner of a unitary sheet of aluminum foil lining an interior of an air fryer inner basket including a circumferential liner floor with an outer edge positioned horizontally on a floor of the air fryer inner basket and liner walls extending vertically from the outer edge of the circumferential liner floor, covering walls of the air fryer inner basket.
COOKING POT/PAN INCLUDING DISPOSABLE CONTAINER/LINER
A cooking pot includes a cooking pot frame including a lip and a finger opening in the lip, a disposable container consisting of aluminum and a lip, and the disposable container slidably fits into the cooking pot frame. The cooking pot frame may include copper. The cooking pot frame lip may include finger openings. The cooking pot frame may include a lid and a handle. The disposable container may consist of aluminum foil or layers of aluminum foil.
Steam Table Pan
In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided an improved disposable aluminum pan for use with a chaffing rack and a pair of half pans. The pan includes a base terminating to a sidewall and an rim, which terminates to a rolled bead. The pan includes an inside length measured longitudinally across opposing sidewalls from the inside edge of the rim. The inside length is configured to be shorter than a corresponding inside length of an unimproved pan. The pair of half pans when nested side by side in the improved pan can have adjacent sides of the half pans lay without overlap. The pan also allows for a lid to fit better. The pan also includes a deeper well such that the bottom is positioned closer to burners in the chaffing rack and allows more water to be added during the heating process.
Embossed paper-based bakeable tray
An embossed paper-based bakeable tray having a bottom surface and sidewalls and an embossed pattern formed in the bottom surface providing a series of closely spaced projections substantially entirely over the bottom surface.
Cooking device
There is provided a cooking device that is capable of heating and cooking ingredients by burning altogether with the cooking device. A cooking device 1 includes a main body 3 that has a concave part 2 in which cooking ingredients are to be stored and a lid body 4 that covers the concave part 2. The main body 3 and the lid body 4 are formed from flammable material. With the ingredients stored in the concave part 2 and the concave part 2 covered with the lid body 4, the cooking device 1 is burned to heat and cook the ingredients.
DISPOSABLE FOOD PAN LINER
A disposable food pan liner may have a shape that is complimentary to the food pan into which it is intended to be inserted. The disposable food pan liner may include a base that forms the bottom of the liner, at least one sidewall extending upwards from the base and forming the side of the liner, and an opening opposite the base. A lip may extend outward from the sidewalls at the opening. The disposable food pan liner may include additional elements such as a handle, a utensil rest, a lid, and a reinforcing feature.
