Induction Heatable Coated Metal Cooking Surface
The invention relates to a coated metal cooking rack compatible with induction healing, comprising a metal body including a heating face bearing a protective coating and a cooking face bearing an anti-adhesive coating forming a cooking surface.
According to the invention, the metal body is made of two-sided aluminized ferromagnetic low-carbon steel sheet comprising a ferromagnetic low-carbon steel substrate having on each of its two faces an outer layer comprising an aluminum-based matrix, an intermediate layer comprising iron/aluminum intermetallic compounds being arranged between the ferromagnetic low-carbon steel substrate and the outer layer, and at least on the bottom of the heating face the outer layer has a thickness of less than 27 μm, preferably less than 20 μm, and even more preferably less than 18 μm.
The invention also relates to a culinary article, an electric cooking appliance and a method of obtaining a coated metal cooking rack.
COOKING UTENSIL HAVING IMPROVED NON-STICK CHARACTERISTICS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A cooking utensil according to the present invention includes a cooking utensil body A which is composed of a laminate including a metal substrate 1 and a fluorine resin film 2 laminated on the metal substrate 1, and the fluorine resin film 2 forms an inner surface of the cooking utensil body A, wherein the fluorine resin film 2 has a thickness 20 to 300 μm, a thickness deviation of 0.1 to 10 μm, and a surface roughness of 0.1 to 10 μm. The fluorine resin film 2 is manufactured by a casting method, a cutting method, a calender method, or an extrusion molding method, thereby having uniform thickness and surface roughness. The fluorine resin film 2 has the uniform thickness and surface roughness, thereby improving non-stick characteristics.
Temperature indicator for culinary article
The invention relates to a particle with a core-shell structure, the core of which comprises at least one thermochromic semiconductor and the shell comprises at least two layers—an inner layer in contact with the core and comprising a mineral material or an organo-mineral hybrid material; and—an outer layer comprising a mineral material or an organo-mineral hybrid material, different from that of the inner layer. The invention also relates to a method for producing this particle, and the use thereof as a temperature indicator, in particular in a culinary article, such as a pan.
POLYESTER POLYMER AND POLYESTER-BASED HEAT RESISTANT COATING FOR COOKWARE OR BAKEWARE
A polyester polymer is polymerized from an alcohol component including a diol and a polyol and an acid component including terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid, with the terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid present in a desired molar ratio. The polyester polymer also includes carboxylic acid functional groups, a weight average molecular weight (MW) of at least 5000 Daltons (Da), and an acid value (AV) of 40 to 65. The polyester polymer may be formulated into a water-based coating composition for substrates such as articles of cookware to form a coating that is highly heat resistant and flexible while also providing non-stick properties with good release.
Vessel comprising a thermochromic indicator coating
A vessel for frying, baking or cooking foodstuffs, includes at least one visible first material and one visible second material, wherein at least the first material reversibly changes color thermochromically when heated. The coloring of the two materials is selected in order for a color difference between the two materials to change visibly when the vessel is heated.
Composition and coating film
The invention provides a composition that can provide a film exhibiting excellent adhesion to a substrate and having excellent non-stickiness. The composition contains a fluororesin, a heat-resistant resin, water, and a solvent having a boiling point of 205° C. or higher.
Modularized multifunctional electronic iron griddle
A modularized multifunctional electronic iron griddle. The modularized multifunctional electronic iron griddle comprises a top panel, an inner panel, a mounting recess, and an electronic assembly which are arranged from top to bottom; the electronic assembly comprises an outer frame and a plurality of induction coils arranged in the outer frame, each of the induction coils generating heat independently; the top panel is divided into a plurality of independent heating spaces and one operating area by a division bar, the heating spaces being used for placing heating panels; each heating panel is arranged corresponding to each induction coil so as to generate an electromagnetic heating effect with the induction coil. By means of such structural design, heating can be separately controlled for different heating panel areas, and the iron griddle can be heated by utilizing the electromagnetic heating principle.
PASTA BINDING VESSEL AND METHOD
A pasta binding vessel includes a base, a mating lid, and a closure component. The base is a sheet with shaped troughs. The lid is linear and/or has a shape mirroring the troughs. The vessel binds long pasta together as it cooks, preserving the cohesion of the pasta noodles. A method of producing bonded pasta includes inserting elongated pasta into the pasta binding vessel; closing the pasta binding vessel; submerging the pasta binding vessel into boiling water; cooking the pasta for a predetermined period; removing the pasta binding vessel from the boiling water; cooling the pasta for a predetermined period; opening the pasta binding vessel; and removing the bonded pasta from the pasta binding vessel. The pasta is rigid enough to be cut into manageable pieces and dunked into sauce or used as “edible toothpicks” inserted into items such as meatballs, shrimp, and chicken.
Leak resistant cooking pan
An embodiment described in examples herein provides a leak resistant cooking pan. The leak resistant cooking pan includes a body and a lid. The lid includes a grooved rim sized to fit over a top edge of a sidewall of the body, wherein the grooved rim includes a heat resistant elastomer, and wherein the heat resistant elastomer forms a seal between the lid and the body.
SUPPORT TRAY FOR BAKERY, VIENNOISERIE, PATISSERIE AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS, MADE FROM AN EXPANDED METAL SHEET
The support tray device for transporting bakery, patisserie, viennoiserie or similar products through at least one processing unit of an installation used for producing such products includes a frame on which at least one sheet of metallic material is fixed. The sheet includes an expanded-metal sheet having micromeshes forming a metal lattice. The expanded-metal sheet is obtained by cutting and stretching a metal sheet. The micromeshes have passage openings between 130 and 750 μm. As a result of the micromeshes, the expanded metal sheet has a voids surface area representing between 17 and 60% of the total surface area of the sheet.
