An outdoor rotisserie system may include a set of legs, a rotisserie drive system supported by the set of legs, a drive-to-basket connecting assembly supported by the rotisserie drive system, and a meat basket assembly supported by the drive-to-basket connecting assembly. The meat basket assembly may be driven for rotation about a vertical axis. The meat basket assembly may include a basket top bar supporting basket sides formed of open mesh wire material. The system may include a heat deflector assembly spaced from the meat basket assembly, which may form a partial enclosure directing heat of an adjacent roasting fire toward the meat basket assembly.

An accessory for an oven includes a support base and a heating element hingedly coupled to the support base. The heating element is movable between a generally horizontal position and a generally vertical position. A motor is positioned in the support base. A drive assembly is positioned in the support base and operably coupled to the motor. A rotary pan is operably coupled to the drive assembly and positioned on a top side of the support base. A food holder assembly can be operably coupled to the rotary pan.

A gyratable grilling device allows attached food to be rotated about two different axes and the height between attached food and a heat source to be adjusted for desired cooking results. The rotating barbecue grill comprises a trailer, a pedestal, an elevated platform, a supporting structure, and a plurality of grills. The trailer is a towed vehicle. The pedestal, the elevated platform, the supporting structure, and the plurality of grills mount on the trailer. The trailer is configured to be towed by a vehicle. The pedestal attaches the elevated platform to the trailer such that the elevated platform rotates relative to the pedestal and the trailer. The supporting structure attaches the plurality of grills to the elevated platform such that the plurality of grills are elevated above the trailer. The supporting structure attaches the plurality of grills to the elevated platform such that the plurality of grills rotate relative to the pedestal and the trailer. Each of the plurality of grills are enclosed metal structures used to cook food.

Provided is a portable grill device including at least one substantially vertical, flat heat source, at least one support for food to be grilled that is arranged in front of the heat source, at least one drive unit for rotating the at least one support for food to be grilled about a substantially vertical axis of rotation, and a power supply for supplying the drive unit with the power required for the operation thereof. The portable grill device includes at least one adjustment unit which is designed to steplessly adjust a spacing between the at least one heat source and the at least one support for food to be grilled, during operation of the grill device.

An oil-less frying stand device includes a main body having plurality of elongated legs, an upper shelf, a lower shelf, and a plurality of wheels. The lower shelf includes an enlarged opening for receiving and engaging a 20 lb propane tank. A hollow pipe extends upward from the top surface of the upper shelf. The pipe includes an open top end for receiving an elongated rotisserie spit, and a rotisserie motor is positioned along the bottom end of the hollow pipe. The pipe includes a circular shape and size that is suitable for insertion within the drain opening of a commercially available oil-less fat frying device. A drain opening is positioned along the top shelf at a location adjacent to the hollow pipe, and a circular-shaped lip encircles both the drain opening and the pipe. A drain tube is in communication with the bottom end of the drain opening to remove liquids from the area within the circular lip.

A portable temperature regulated rotisserie and barbequing apparatus including a substantially cylindrically-shaped housing comprised of stainless steel and further including a set of carrying handles. The hollow cylindrically shaped housing includes a latching mechanism to releasably secure the planar drip pan at the second end and a centrifugal fan including a plurality of concave blades which increase the volume and air speed to the blades. The spit is releasably attached to the centrifugal fan and rests on the shaft anchor.

A device for roasting or spit-roasting food, including a container or barrel and a set of elements to support a meat on a rod, placed inside the barrel, in the center, resting on a tray that catches juices and fat, due to hot air directly exposed to the food, coming from the flame of a burner on which the tray rests. A deflecting cone is located underneath the tray, which has a double function: to collect excess fluids coming from the food being cooked, which overflow from the tray, or which leak due to breakage thereof, and as a diffusor of hot gases entering the container through an orifice in its base, towards inner walls of the barrel, promoting their circulation. Designed for domestic use, using a burner of a conventional gas stove, so that no smoke is generated during the cooking process.

The grill device includes at least one frame having at least one frame element and at least one holding element, arranged at one end of the frame element. The grill device can be rotated about a vertical longitudinal axis A and is suspended or supported upright along the vertical rotational axis. At least one support element for food to be grilled is arranged thereon. The at least one support element has a first portion which has an opening through which the frame element can be inserted. The frame element has a non-rotationally symmetrical cross-section such that the support element for the food to be grilled and the frame element cooperate by interlocking with respect to a normal plane N of the vertical longitudinal axis A.
