FIREBOX FOR A GRILL
A firebox for a grill is provided. The firebox has a shell, an insulation layer, and a firebrick layer. The firebrick layer comprising a plurality of firebricks that form an inner peripheral surface of the firebox. The insulation layer formed between the firebrick layer and the shell or the insulation layer forming the outermost layer of the firebox. The shell preventing the collapse and/or unwanted airflow into the internal cavity of the firebox if a fracture is formed in the firebrick layer.
TRANSPORTING AND PRESENTATION DEVICE FOR GRATE INSERTS
A transporting and presentation device for grate inserts including a main body, handles and recess grips. The main body includes at least one grate insert mount arranged either directly or in an insert ring. The main body is able to accommodate a grate insert. The main body additionally includes a central depression approximately equal in size to the insertable grate insert.
System for cleaning and enclosed bar-b-que
A system for cleaning an enclosed bar-b-que. A first adapter is configured to attach to a first opening of the enclosed bar-b-que such that when the first adapter is attached to the first opening air flows through a first channel into the enclosed bar-b-que. The first adapter is configured for allowing an air blowing device to connect to the first adapter such that the air blowing device forces air to flow in a first direction through the enclosed bar-b-que and out of a second opening of the enclosed bar-b-que. A second adapter configured to attach to the second opening such that when the second adapter is attached to the second opening air and matter flow through the second channel and out the enclosed bar-b-que. A receiving element is attached to the second adapter for receiving air and matter blown from inside the enclosed bar-b-que and out of the second opening.
Modular Oven With Extendable Rotisserie
A modular framework for a grill and oven includes surfaces for food preparation, storage bins accessible from above, and cabinet storage accessible laterally. Modular elements of the framework may incorporate receiving sites with locating and restraining features and other attachments complementary to fixtures found on commercially available barbeque grills, such as standardized mounting flanges and gas plumbing. An oven chamber beneath the food preparation surfaces or the grill receiving site may include a rotisserie assembly. Since 36 inches above the ground or a floor is a prevalent standard height for food preparation surfaces, a cooking chamber accessed laterally and situated below such a food preparation surface would require a user to bend, stoop, or kneel to access vessels or a rotisserie spit operating in the chamber. The invention includes a rotisserie frame with an extendable spit so that foods on the spit can be accessed with less bending or stooping.
Brick pizza oven with rotatable and height adjustable turntable and conversion kit for grills
Disclosed is a portable brick pizza oven that may be prefabricated as such, or converted from a grill using a conversion kit. The portable brick pizza oven or converted grill utilizes a bottom plate as a mount for a height adjustment assembly that can be used to adjust the height of a rotatable turntable that is situated in a bowl. The turntable is connected to a driveshaft that extends down through the bowl, through a motor that rotates the driveshaft, and rests within the height adjustment assembly. The bowl is covered with a lid that has a number of bricks specifically placed such that the bricks are heated by a heating element situated within the bowl and facilitate the flow of convection currents throughout the portable brick pizza oven. The heating element heats the turntable and the bricks to a temperature that is suitable for baking pizzas in a similar fashion to that of a commercial pizza oven.
CERAMIC PELLET GRILL
A pellet grill includes a ceramic oven body and a ceramic inner liner. The oven body includes a first through-hole in its side. A conduit is inserted through the first through-hole into the oven body. A firepot is removably coupled to the conduit toward an end of the conduit that is within the oven body. The inner liner conforms to a shape of, and fits to a portion of, an oven body inner wall. The inner liner covers the conduit and includes a second through-hole aligned with the firepot. A bulge in the inner liner conforms to a shape of the conduit within the ceramic oven body and may protect the conduit from cooking debris and from heat, rising from a flame in the firepot, that circulates within a portion of the oven body that is above the inner liner. The firepot receives fuel and air via the conduit.
SYSTEM FOR CLEANING AN ENCLOSED BAR-B-QUE
Multiple piece firebox for kamado grill
A multiple piece firebox for placement within the kettle of a fuel-burning cooking vessel comprising a base formed of a refractory material on the floor of the kettle supporting an upper chamber formed of a refractory material. In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of mating side wall members define the upper chamber.
Barbecue grills
A charcoal grill includes a vessel configured to hold and burn charcoal for cooking food. The charcoal grill may include a receptacle moveable between a first position in which the receptacle is positioned for collecting ashes from charcoal burned in the vessel and a second position in which the receptacle is separated from the vessel for disposal of the collected ashes. Additionally, or alternatively, the vessel may define a passage extending from an exterior side of the vessel to an interior side of the vessel for permitting a starter device to be inserted into the passage for igniting charcoal within the vessel. Additionally, or alternatively, the charcoal grill may include a vent system including at least one vent opening extending through a portion of the vessel, a vent cover movable with respect to the vent opening between a closed position and an open position, and at least one calibration associated with the vent cover between the closed position and the open position.
