A stove body for heating the bottom of the fryer body is disposed inside the outer ring seat. The stove body is provided with a gas disconnecting piece for cutting off a gas passage. The fryer lid is provided with an electronic thermometer. The electronic thermometer is provided with a temperature insertion pin for being inserted into the fryer body for temperature monitoring. The temperature insertion pin is in communication connection with the gas disconnecting piece such that the gas disconnecting piece is enabled to start and cut off the gas passage when a temperature in the fryer body exceeds a set threshold, achieving convenient temperature control effect.
Automated fryer with overhead gantry and methods for food preparation
A fryer and method for cooking food products is provided that automates the movement of baskets carrying the food products. The fryer includes a cooking chamber with a heating element located therein for heating cooking medium in the cooking chamber. The fryer also includes at least one vertical transport assembly that selectively engages with and moves the basket vertically into and out of the cooking medium. A horizontal transport assembly selectively engages with and moves the basket horizontally between different positions. The horizontal transport assembly hands off the basket to and from the vertical transport assembly, and first and second hooks on the horizontal transport assembly engage with front and rear receiving mechanisms on the basket to continuously maintain at least two points of contact with the basket. This allows for controlled pivotal movements of the basket when food products are to be added or removed from the basket.
Fried Food Cart Assembly
A fried food cart assembly for preparing fried treats in any location includes a cart that has a hitch which is coupled to the cart. A fryer is positioned in the cart to heat cooking oil for frying a food item. A cold storage unit is positioned in the cart to store perishable food items. A plurality of preparing shelves is each positioned in the cart to facilitate objects to be placed thereon. A point of sale unit is positioned in the cart to conduct financial transactions for patrons purchasing food that is prepared in the cart. An umbrella is positionable in the cart to shield the cart from precipitation and sunlight.
GRILL SHELL STRUCTURE FOR GRILL
The present disclosure provides a grill shell structure for a grill, which comprises an inner chamber, a heat insulation member is accommodated in the inner chamber, and the heat insulation member is fixed on a grill shell by a fixing structure. A support body is arranged between a side of the heat insulation member facing an inner wall of the inner chamber and the inner wall of the inner chamber for support so that the heat insulation member is arranged spatially apart from an inner wall of the grill shell to form a heat insulation chamber between the heat insulation member and the inner wall of the grill shell.

Apparatus for preparing food
An apparatus for preparing food is provided, and includes a food chamber sized to receive at least one food item, a cutting structure configured to cut the at least one food item when pressed into contact therewith, an impeller for impelling the at least one food item into contact with the cutting structure, a liquid chamber for storing a liquid, a heating system for heating the liquid, and a liquid introduction system in communication with the liquid chamber, the liquid introduction system being operable to introduce at least one of a liquid mist and a liquid spray in the food chamber.
Fire protection device and method for fire protection of an industrial oil cooker
Fire protection mist nozzles for industrial oil cookers, oil cookers with fire protection systems, and method of oil cooker fire protection are provided. The mist nozzles operate at pressures between 170 and 250 psi, and provide a unique distribution pattern that allows for variable installations for protection in certain operative environments including oil cookers with various hood configurations. The fire protection nozzles includes a base defining an inlet and an outlet along an axis. The base includes an orifice having an inlet diameter and an outlet diameter. The outlet diameter is preferably greater than the inlet diameter; and the orifice defines a K-factor of less than 1.0 gpm/psi½. The nozzle includes a diffuser aligned with the orifice. The diffuser has a preferably substantially domed portion with a maximum diameter that is less than the summation of the inlet diameter and the outlet diameter of the orifice.
Air Fryer
An air fryer system is disclosed which comprises a base having a heating source and an air source located therein, both sources being supplied power for operation by an AC power cord. A cooking chamber is defined within the base and a cooking drawer fits securely within the cooking chamber to substantially seal the chamber against heat loss during use. A handled food basket which detachably secures to the cooking drawer is configured to facilitate even distribution of heated air within the cooking chamber. A digital, touch screen user interface attached to a surface of the base is electronically coupled to a controller for powering on the fryer system and setting cooking conditions. The preferred system also includes infrared heating, time and temperature controls, and an automatic safety shutoff mechanism.
