A hand-shaking type milk frothing apparatus is provided and includes: a cup body, a cup lid and a frothing device for frothing. The frothing device is disposed in the cup body, and a frothing space is reserved on both sides of the frothing device. The frothing device includes a magnetic connecting part for connecting to the cup lid and a frothing body connected to the magnetic connecting part. The cup lid is provided with a magnetic part corresponding to the magnetic connecting part, and a side wall of the frothing body is provided with a plurality of frothing holes. The hand-shaking type milk frothing apparatus has advantages of simple structure, easy to carry and clean, and can manually make milk foams anytime and anywhere.

A food product dispenser includes a drive unit and a dispensing unit removably coupled to the drive unit. The dispensing unit includes a product reservoir configured to store the food product, a dispensing nozzle, and a product transfer assembly including a pump assembly configured to be driven by the drive unit when the dispensing unit is coupled to the drive unit to convey the food product from the product reservoir to the dispensing nozzle.

An ingredient dispensing assembly is included for receiving one or more ingredients from an ingredient dispensing apparatus, processing the ingredients and dispensing a general uniform, consistent foam. The ingredient dispensing assembly includes a whipping chamber, an output nozzle, and an insert retained within cavities defined by the whipping chamber and output nozzle. The internal surfaces of the chamber and nozzle cavities in combination with the insert provide passages defining a mixing zone, a shredding zone communicating with the mixing zone, and a deceleration zone communicating with the shredding zone. The assembly passes at least one ingredient through the zones to dispense foam from an exit port of the outlet nozzle. The system includes apparatus and methods for reducing the dissociation of foam dispensed form the exit port.

The invention relates to a milk-frothing device with a dynamic mixing unit having a stator and a rotor which can be set in rotation relative to the stator, rotor and stator being configured such that milk and air can be conducted firstly to the dynamic mixing unit, subsequently, for frothing-up in the dynamic mixing unit, can be subjected multiple times to a shearing effect by rotation of the rotor relative to the stator and finally can be discharged out of the dynamic mixing unit.

A device for frothing a liquid includes a tube-shaped housing with an inner surface having a curved periphery. At least one inlet is arranged in a lateral area of the housing for letting in the liquid and a frothing gas, and may have a tangential orientation with respect to the curved periphery of the inner surface of the housing. End faces of the housing are open and function as outlets of the device, where a longitudinal axis of the housing may extend in a horizontal direction. Rings may be provided inside the housing for keeping a rotating flow inside the housing during a period of time which is sufficiently long for a frothing process to take place in an effective manner.

A dispensing unit includes a product reservoir configured to store a food product, a dispensing nozzle configured to dispense the food product from the product reservoir, and an aerator including a first stationary mixing rod and a second stationary mixing rod, the aerator disposed upstream of the dispensing nozzle to aerate the food product before the food product is discharged from the dispensing nozzle.

A foamed liquid dispensing system includes a container for receiving a liquid to be dispensed connectable to, and removable from, a gas charging unit. The gas charging unit includes a gas compressor, gas pressure sensing means, a control unit and a user interface. The user interface permits a user to input a desired final gas pressure from a minimum value to a maximum value in discrete steps. The control unit instructs the gas compressor to charge the container with gas to the desired final pressure. The gas pressure is continuously monitored and the flow of gas into the container is stopped once the desired final gas pressure has been reached. The user interface displays the gas pressure in the container as the charging cycle proceeds. Once charged with gas and removed from the gas charging unit, the container substantially retains the final desired gas pressure until the liquid is dispensed.
