Disclosed are exemplary embodiments of quick release detachable handles for culinary vessels. Also disclosed are exemplary embodiments of culinary vessels that include quick release detachable handles.
Removable Handle Comprising a Thermoelectric Generator
The invention relates to a handle for a cooking vessel or lid that includes at least one thermoelectric generator. The invention is characterized in that the handle has a releasable locking device and the thermoelectric generator has at least one first contact surface thermally connected to a thermal coupling part that comes into contact under stress with a portion of the cooking vessel or lid when the releasable locking device of the handle is in a locked position on the cooking vessel or lid.
KITCHEN UTENSIL WITH REMOVABLE HANDLE
The kitchen utensil includes a container and a handle. The outer upper perimeter of the container bears an extending retaining bracket provided with at least one opening for the engagement and reception of a hook-shaped end of a latching tab of the handle. The handle also bears a latch mounted slidingly and able to occupy at least an unlocked position and a locked position in which it is pushed back under the action of a return, to extend, on the opposite side relative to the latching tab, under the retaining bracket of the container. The latch is mounted sliding on the handle in a direction forming an acute angle relative to the plane of the retaining bracket so as to tighten toward the retaining bracket under the action of the return to the locked position.
REMOVABLE ONE-PIECE COOKWARE HANDLE
The handle includes first and second spaced sets of prongs. Each of the prong sets has a first prong and a second prong spaced from the first prong a distance sufficient to receive the cookware rim therebetween. The prongs in each of the prong sets diverge as the prongs progress away from the cookware body. A locking mechanism is situated between the prong sets for engaging the cookware rim to removably secure the handle to the cookware. The locking mechanism includes a spring-loaded pin adapted to be received in an opening in the cookware rim. The pin is situated on the unattached end of a leaf spring prong extending from the body of the handle. The pin has an inclined surface which facilitates the insertion of the pin into the opening in the cookware rim to lock the handle to the cookware. The handle is formed of a single piece of material and may be sold in combination with the cookware or separately.
Handle for a container, hand-tool or other like item
A handle for a container, the container including a peripheral wall that defines an internal area. The handle includes a mount having a locking recess and a body including a pivot arm and a locking arm. The pivot arm is pivotally connected to the mount. When positioned in an operating position, the locking arm is biased toward the locking recess so as to secure the locking arm in place relative to the mount. When positioned in a storage position, the body is rotated about the pivot arm to a location above or in the internal area.
Odor Filtering Lid Assembly
An odor filtering lid assembly includes a lid that is positionable on a cooking pot and that has female threads which are integrated into a perimeter of the lid. A first disk has a plurality of first air holes each extending through the first disk to pass air through the first disk. The first disk has male threads integrated into the first disk which threadably engaging the female threads in the lid for removably attaching the first disk to the lid. An air filter is positioned against the first disk to filter odors from air passing through the air filter. A second disk has a plurality of second air holes each extending through the second disk to pass air through the second disk. The second disk is positionable against the first disk such that the air filter is positioned between the first disk and the second disk.
Removable handle for cookware
The present invention relates to a removable cookware handle having an elongated handle section. The elongated handle section has first and second ends, wherein at the first end of the handle section there is the means for removable attachment to the attachment point on a cookware container and a means for locking the removable handle to the attachment point. The attachment point in on the cookware container comprises a bracket that has a depending section attached to a side wall of the cookware container and a flange at the top edge of the depending section and extending outwardly from the side wall of the cookware container. A non-circular elongated opening is centrally located through the flange and generally orientated with its longitudinal axis generally parallel to the side wall of the cookware container. The opening is sized and shaped to engage with the means for removable attachment on the handle.
