Support spindle assembly for a roll
A support spindle assembly for rotatably supporting a coreless paper roll for dispensing, the support spindle assembly including a spindle base, a spindle element having a central longitudinal axis (X) and having first and second ends, the spindle element being attached to the spindle base at the first end and rotationally fixed in relation to the spindle base and a rotatable sleeve rotatably disposed about the spindle element, and rotatable in relation to the spindle base and to the spindle element. The support spindle assembly includes a resilient member disposed about the first end of the spindle element, which resilient member is arranged to cooperate with the spindle base and with the rotatable sleeve in order to provide the rotatable sleeve with a rotational resistance.
Auto-Drop Dispenser
A drop assembly for a paper product dispenser is provided that transitions an upper carriage for a second roll of paper product into a primary or first position after depletion of a first or primary roll of paper product without user intervention. The drop assembly transitions the upper carriage into approximately the same position previously occupied by the lower carriage, allowing a small aperture in a front face of a dispenser to be used. Additionally, the drop assembly can include a reset connection to transition the drop assembly back to the firsts position upon opening of a dispenser front face.
PRODUCTS AND METHODS FOR REDUCING TOILET PAPER CONSUMPTION
A toilet paper roll includes toilet paper wrapped to define a central opening having an interior diameter. The toilet paper is scored to form sheets. Each sheet has a width in a range of 2 inches to 3.6 inches. A toilet paper roll adapter includes a first portion to engage an interior diameter of a roll of toilet paper roll and a second portion concentric with the first portion. The second portion has a radius greater than the interior diameter of the toilet paper roll and adapts the width of the toilet paper.
Storage and dispensing device for standard and industrial size toilet paper rolls
A storage and dispensing device for standard and industrial size toilet paper rolls has a mounting member, a base member, a roll storage member, and a mounting element. The mounting element is positioned on the mounting member, and utilizes an over-the-door hook or one or more apertures to hang the mounting member from a door or wall. The base member is connected to the bottom of the mounting member. The roll storage member is connected to the base member opposite the mounting member and is angled upwards to accept multiple rolls of toilet paper. An industrial sized toilet paper roll may be accommodated by the base member. The mounting member may be adjustable in length. An upper roll storage member may be connected to the mounting member opposite the base member for additional roll storage. A locking member between the roll storage member and the mounting member may prevent theft.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING WEB MATERIAL FROM A ROLL
Dispenser for dispensing web material from a roll, the dispenser including a housing and a spindle intended to rotatably support a roll of web material during dispensing. The spindle is movable between a loading position and a dispensing position. The dispenser further includes a deflecting member being movable between a protruding position protruding towards the spindle in dispensing position and a retracted position retracted into the housing away from the spindle in dispensing position. The deflecting member is connected to a blocking member moving in response to the movement of the deflecting member.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING WEB MATERIAL FROM A ROLL
Dispenser for dispensing web material from a roll, the dispenser including a housing defining an interior of the dispenser and an arm hinged at a hinge point to a support member. The arm is adapted to pivot about the hinge point. The dispenser further includes a spindle attached perpendicular to the arm. The spindle is adapted to rotatably support a roll during dispensing. The arm is pivotable between a first position in which the spindle is arranged in a dispensing position within the housing of the dispenser and a second position in which the spindle is arranged in a loading position outside the housing of the dispenser in order to allow loading of a roll onto the spindle.
TOILET PAPER DISPENSER
A single-handed toilet paper dispenser that provides two spool pins that snugly engage the inner circumferential walls of the lumen of a toilet roll, one spool pin at each end thereof. The snug engagement provides a preselected frictional force between the portions of the inner circumferential walls engaging the spool pins so that a user may pull on the distal end of the toilet paper roll and rotate the entire roll to its end, yet if the same user tugs at the same location with more force, one or more toilet paper sheets tear off at an upstream perforation.
Spindle and cover components for sheet product dispensers and dispenser systems including such components
Spindles and cover assemblies for dispensing sheet product for use with coreless sheet product rolls. The spindle may include a hollow cylindrical body, which may have an elongated channel in a sidewall; a rod which extends partially out of the body; and a spring disposed within the body in biasing contact with the rod. The rod may include a flexible tab matingly engaged within the channel, permitting the rod to translate within the hollow cylindrical body without falling out. The hollow cylindrical body may have an end with an opening bounded by an inward facing ledge, and the rod may include a radial ledge, such that the rod can translate within the body but cannot fall out due to interference between the inward facing ledge and the radial ledge. The spindle may include a friction hub disposed about and rotatable around the hollow cylindrical body between ends of the body.
Holding arrangement and method for holding a tissue roll in a dispenser, and dispenser
A holding arrangement for holding a tissue roll in a dispenser, to a dispenser and a method is disclosed. The holding mechanism comprises a holding mechanism for holding a tissue roll in a first tissue roll position; wherein the holding mechanism comprises a first holding element for engaging a first end of an axle of the tissue roll and a second holding element for engaging a second end of the axle of the tissue roll; a diameter sensor; and a shift mechanism adapted for shifting the holding mechanism, in particular the first and second holding elements, from a hold position to a release position and vice versa; wherein a distance between the first holding element and the second holding element in the release position is larger than a distance between the first holding element and the second holding element in the hold position.
