A toilet seat mounting assembly that includes a hinge mount on an upper surface of a portion of a pedestal, the hinge mount having a body with a bore; an anchor underneath a lower surface of the portion; a fastener extending through the bore and operatively coupled to the anchor to clamp the portion between the hinge mount and the anchor; a hinge base having a mount supported by the upper surface, the mount having an outer wall, which defines an opening that receives the body, and a locking feature flexibly coupled to the outer wall; and a lock cap rotatably coupled to the mount and having a wall. A device for rapidly disassembling a toilet lid and a toilet lid includes a rotating member, a push rod, a pull rod and an elastic member. The rotating member is rotatably arranged. The push rod is axially movably arranged on a first side of the rotating member and is connected to a first connecting position of the rotating member. The pull rod is axially movably arranged on a second side, opposite the first side, of the rotating member. One end of the pull rod is connected to a second connecting position of the rotating member, and the other end of the pull rod is provided with a rotating shaft connected to a toilet bowl. When the push rod axially moves towards a first direction to drive the rotating member to rotate, the rotating member pulls the pull rod to axially move towards a second direction opposite the first direction.

A toilet seat manipulation system includes a toilet that has a lid and a seat. Each of the lid and the seat is hingedly coupled to the toilet. A gripping unit is selectively coupled to the seat. The gripping unit is gripped thereby inhibiting the seat from being touched. The gripping unit removably engages the lid when the each of the lid and the seat is positioned in an open position. Thus, the seat is selectively retained in the open position.

A method and apparatus for mounting a toilet seat hinge to a toilet pan uses an adhesive. The adhesivised surface of the hinge is held clear of the pan until correct positioning is established. Thereafter the adhesivised surface is displaced directly into contact with the pan.
