An arrangement for cleaning feet has a round brush that is driven in rotation. The water-operated rotary drive is arranged on a carrier that is designed as housing. Water exits in the area of the shaft of the round brush from the rotary drive to the round brush. A U-shaped stirrup is fastened to the housing, which stirrup is arranged above the round brush in such a way that the upper area of the round brush projects through the stirrup. The feeding of water to the rotary drive is regulated by a shut-off device, which is actuated by a pedal. The pedal is arranged between a base of the housing and the round brush.

A toiletry wiping device. The toiletry wiping device includes an elongated handle connected to a head having a pair of opposing jaws for clamping on objects positioned between the jaws. A sliding sleeve is mounted around the jaws that is configured to slide from one end of the jaws to the other end, causing the jaws to move towards and away from each other, respectfully. Tubes extend from a bottom of the shell and are in fluidic communication with the lower chamber. An actuator selectively actuates the regulator to fluidically couple the upper chamber to the lower chamber and the pipe. The water is partially directed to the upper chamber to dispense shampoo from the upper chamber to the lower chamber. The tubes direct the shampoo and the water to a body of an animal.

A back scrubber for use with a variety of different washcloths includes an elongate shaft, a frame attached to a distal end of the shaft and a set of flexible teeth extending from the frame toward the center of the frame. The frame defines an inner area over which the washcloth wraps to define a back scrubbing surface. The tips of the teeth form an opening through which an excess portion of the washcloth that wraps over the inner area and the frame enters to be in contact with an under side of the back scrubbing surface of the washcloth.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an applicator and an application method. The applicator includes a connecting member, a drive member, a spray member, and an applicator head, wherein the drive member, the spray member, and the applicator head are mounted to the connecting member, and the drive member is configured to move relative to the connecting member to drive the spray member to spray liquid. The application method comprises: controlling the drive member to move and drive the spray member to move; spraying the liquid through the spray member; and controlling the applicator head to move for an application operation.
