Provided is a vibrating filter mechanism, including: a power source; a metal wire attached on both ends to the power source; a filter; a connector coupled with the filter and interfacing with the metal wire; and a first permanent magnet; wherein: the power source delivers electric current pulses in alternating directions through the metal wire; and the first permanent magnet is positioned in a location where a magnetic field of the first permanent magnet and a magnetic field of the metal wire interact and cause vibration of the metal wire and the coupled filter.

Automatic Filter Cleaning System
20170291130 · 2017-10-12 ·

An automatic filter cleaning system e.g for cleaning a filter in a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning system has an electrical motor that drives/rotates, directly/indirectly, a piston which directly/indirectly opens a filter cleaning valve. The filter cleaning valve may open for a filter cleaning back flow air stream that thus cleans the filter. The piston is spring loaded and a piston guide ensures that the energy accumulated in the spring and piston is released during the rotation of the piston, thereby shortly opening the filter cleaning valve.

DEVICE FOR BEATING DUST AND DUST COLLECTOR USING SAME

A dust collector and a device for beating dust in the same. The dust collector (10) includes: a main body (101) with a clean air outlet (1011); a filter section (102) set at the clean air outlet (1011); and a device for beating dust. The device for beating dust includes: a sliding rail (103) set on the outside surface of the main body (101) and opposite to the clean air outlet (1011); a slider (104) slidably set on the sliding rail (103); a poker rod (105) rotatably set on the slider (104); and a beating dust member (106) used for beating the filter section (102) and set on the poker rod (105).

SELF-CLEANING DUST CYLINDER ASSEMBLY AND HAND-HELD VACUUM CLEANER WITH THE SAME

A self-cleaning dust cylinder assembly, including a dust collection assembly, a filter and a cleaning assembly. The dust collection assembly includes a dust collection cylinder, the upper end of the dust collection cylinder is provided with an opening, and the lower end of the dust collection cylinder is provided with a dust suction port. The filter inlet side of the filter is located above the dust suction port, and the filter outlet side is connected to the opening of the dust collection cylinder. The cleaning assembly includes a cleaning brush, and the cleaning brush is installed in the dust collection cylinder and cleans the filter with the movement of the dust collection cylinder, so as to clean the dust stains and other garbage attached on the filter into the dust collection cylinder.

Floor cleaning machine with solid chemical delivery system

A floor cleaning machine is provided. The floor cleaning machine includes a solution tank for a cleaning solution. A pre-canister sensor receives the cleaning solution and measures the concentration of any dissolved solids. A canister assembly receives a portion of the cleaning solution from the pre-canister sensor and dissolves portions of a solid chemical form into the cleaning solution thereby forming blended droplets. The canister assembly has a spray nozzle positioned vertically above the solid chemical form. A post-canister sensor receives a mixture of the cleaning solution from the pre-canister sensor and the blended droplets from the canister assembly. The post-canister sensor measures the concentration of any dissolved solids within the mixture of the cleaning solution from the pre-canister sensor and the blended droplets from the canister assembly. A comparison of the baseline and post-canister measurements outside of a desired range results in replacement of the solid chemical form.

FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE WITH SOLID CHEMICAL RECOVERY TANK DEFOAMING ASSEMBLY

A floor cleaning machine is provided. The floor cleaning machine includes a cleaning head configured for cleaning a floor surface with a cleaning solution. A collection mechanism is configured to collect used cleaning solution following use by the cleaning head. A conduit fluidly connects the collection mechanism with a recovery tank. The conduit is configured to convey a flow of the used cleaning solution from the collection mechanism to the recovery tank. A defoaming system is positioned proximate the recovery tank and includes a solid chemical defoaming form. The solid chemical defoaming form is configured for dissolution within the flow of the used cleaning solution. The flow of the used cleaning solution is directed over the solid chemical defoaming form and into the recovery tank.
