SURFACE MAINTENANCE MACHINE WITH A QUICK EJECT CLEANING TOOL ASSEMBLY
A surface maintenance machine is provided having a maintenance head assembly positioned substantially within an envelope of the machine. The maintenance head assembly has at least one maintenance tool attachable thereto. The machine also includes a tool eject mechanism positioned below an upper surface of the body. The tool eject mechanism can generate a drop force sufficient to overcome the force between the maintenance tool and the maintenance head assembly. The tool eject mechanism can have an eject button extending above the upper surface of the deck. The eject button can be actuable by at least a portion of the upper surface of the body of the machine when the maintenance head assembly is raised toward the upper surface of the body of the machine beyond a transport position into a tool eject position. When actuated, the tool eject mechanism can eject the maintenance tool from the maintenance head assembly

A floor cleaning machine having an intelligent system including a recovery tank sub-assembly, a vacuum fan sub-assembly, a solution tank sub-assembly, wherein the solution tank sub-assembly preferably includes a secondary electrochemical cell, a solution flow sub-assembly, a control console sub-assembly, a frame and wheel sub-assembly and/or a frame and transaxle sub-assembly, a scrub head sub-assembly, a scrub head lift sub-assembly, a squeegee sub-assembly, a solution flow sub-assembly, and an intelligent system associated with at least one of the above-identified sub-assemblies, wherein the intelligent system at least one of selectively gathers, obtains, monitors, stores, records, and analyzes data associated with components of the floor cleaning machine assembly, and at least one of controllably communicates and disseminates such data with at least one of another system and user.
Cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus may include a cleaning unit that is kept from moving downwardly from a predetermined limit position. The apparatus body includes a positioning member that positions the cleaning unit at the limit position. The cleaning unit includes an intake nozzle that is arranged at a position separated from the surface to be cleaned by a predetermined gap, a cam member that holds the cleaning unit at the limit position, and an operation input unit that changes the limit position to a higher position by moving the cleaning unit upward by operating the cam member.

In the technical scheme disclosed, the automatic floor cleaning and finishing cloth washing are achieved so as to realize intelligent automatic cleaning, effectively removing dirt attached to the finishing cloth automatically, and freeing from artificially detaching and then washing the finishing cloth stained with dirt, automatically performing washing operation, and greatly alleviating operation burden of a user. Meanwhile, with the structure of the finishing cloth with a lifting structure, secondary pollution caused by the finishing cloth is avoided.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus includes a recovery tank, a suction nozzle in fluid communication with the recovery tank, and a suction source in fluid communication with the suction nozzle and the recovery tank to generate a working air path to transport debris-containing fluid including air and liquid from the suction nozzle into the recovery tank. An air/liquid separator can be provided within the recovery tank for separating liquid from air in the debris-containing fluid.

The wheel stop can be engageable with the drive wheel in the stop position to limit vertical travel of the drive wheel with respect to the body.

An automatic cleaning device includes a mobile platform, a lifting station, a cleaning module, a liquid supplying module, and a collecting module. The mobile platform is configured to automatically move in a target direction on a surface to be cleaned. The lifting station is connected to the mobile platform and configured to move upwards or downwards with respect to the mobile platform. The cleaning module is connected to the lifting station and configured to clean the surface to be cleaned; the liquid supplying module is configured to provide cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned; and the collecting module is configured to collect the cleaning liquid. A height of the cleaning module of the automatic cleaning device is adjustable, and the automatic cleaning device has a great cleaning strength and is capable of collecting dirty cleaning liquid, thus, the automatic cleaning device can be applied broadly.

A floor cleaner may include a suction nozzle that suctions suction matter collected by a rotary brush, an extension nozzle that suctions suction matter collected by an extension brush, and a collection box for collecting, through an inlet, the suction matter suctioned by the nozzles. The floor cleaner may have an elongated profile. The extension nozzle may be switchable between a retracted posture and a lateral cleaning posture. The extension nozzle in the lateral cleaning posture may be pivotable rearward. The extension nozzle in the lateral cleaning posture may have a protruding end in the width direction to be aligned with an end of a turning range of the floor cleaner in the width direction.
