CLEANING DEVICE
A cleaning device according to the present disclosure includes a first infinite belt assembly and a second infinite belt assembly disposed along a first plane and a second plane, respectively, where each plane is parallel to a longitudinal plane of the cleaning device. The second infinite belt assembly is disposed proximal to the first infinite belt assembly such that a gap is defined therebetween to receive a kitchen tool. Each of the first infinite belt assembly and the second infinite belt assembly includes bristles extending from respective outer surfaces to contact the kitchen tool. A water supply manifold of the device supplies water onto at least one of the kitchen tool, the infinite belts assemblies, and the gap. A drive unit counter rotates the first infinite belt assembly with respect to the second infinite belt assembly.
CUSTOMIZING CLEANING CYCLES
A method includes receiving, at an artificial intelligence (AI) accelerator of a computing system, image data of one or more objects from an image sensor and performing an AI operation on the image data at the AI accelerator of the computing system using an AI model. The method further includes determining a custom cleaning cycle at the AI accelerator in response to performing the AI operation.

Real-time single dish cleaner
A system and method for cleaning a reusable dish, comprising: picking a dirty dish from a load module disposed to contain at least one dirty dish with a robotic arm, wherein said dirty dish is stained with material that needs to be removed prior to reuse; transporting said dirty dish from said load module to a wash module with said robotic arm; cleaning said dirty dish in said wash module having the means to transform said dirty dish into a clean dish, wherein said clean dish does not exhibit any material that needs to be removed prior to reuse; transporting said clean dish from said wash module to a store module with said robotic arm; and dropping off said clean dish in said store module, wherein said store module is disposed to contain at least one clean dish, whereby each dirty dish is cleaned thoroughly and efficiently with individual attention in real time.

Cleaning apparatus and system for plates and utensils
A cleaning apparatus and system for removing debris from a surface of a plate or utensil. The apparatus has a cleaning area and a pair of brushes disposed in the cleaning area with the bristles of a first brush facing toward the bristles of the second brush so that debris is scraped off the surface as the plate or utensil is pushed through the bristles. The cleaning area may be defined by a container or an opening in a work surface. Brush mounting mechanisms mount the brushes to opposing sidewalls of the container or opposing interior surfaces of the opening. The brush mounting mechanisms and brushes can be cooperatively configured so the bristles of the brushes overlap each other where the plate or utensil will be pushed through the bristles. The mounting mechanism may be a clip that engages a sidewall of the container. The system includes the apparatus.
