High performance photocurable optically clear adhesive

The present invention is an optically clear, curable adhesive including a polyvinylbutyral, a polyurethane (meth)acrylate, a (meth)acrylate monomer, and a photoinitiator. The polyvinylbutyral has a dynamic viscosity of between about 9 and about 13 mPa.Math.s and a polyvinyl alcohol weight percent of less than about 18%. The polyurethane (meth)acrylate includes the reaction product of a diol, at least one diisocyanate, and a hydroxyfunctional (meth)acrylate or an isocyanatofunctional (meth)acrylate. When the optically clear, curable adhesive is placed between two transparent substrates and made into a laminate, the laminate has a haze of less than about 6%, a transmission of greater than about 88%, and an optical clarity of greater than about 98% when cured. The optically clear, curable adhesive also has a peel adhesion of at least about 100 g/cm based on ASTM 3330 when cured.

Systems and methods are provided to detect a developed bad word-line of a flash memory. Embodiments provide an improved Background media scan (BGMS) process that can predict at the end of a block read if a word-line will potentially become bad with the use of the flash memory. Accordingly, data from the potentially bad block can be recovered and the block can be retired. The embodiments can minimize the need for the expensive chip-kill method.

MODULAR BOTTLE RACK

A bottle rack is provided. For example, a bottle rack can include a reservoir, a perforated tray and a first pivot housing member. The reservoir is for retention of a liquid. The perforated tray can enable the liquid to pass through to the reservoir. The first pivot housing member includes a first peg to hold an article. The first pivot housing member comprises an axle within the first pivot housing member. The first peg is rotatable via the axle.

A drying appliance including a drying rack and a rapidly drying absorptive drain tray assembly. Such embodiments further include adaptable and interchangeable accessories for selectable placement and scaling of the size, amount and placement of features for managing the capacity and location of the drying accessories. The drain tray includes an absorptive base. The absorptive base instantly wicks, absorbs, and evaporates water away from the drying kitchenware to lower relative humidity and to prevent mold and bacteria from growing thereon. The drying rack can include a built-in cutting board holder that provides extra space for pots, pans, and bowls. The drying rack can include modern durable steel rails that can be customized for each person's particular needs. The legs of the drying rack can support the absorptive drain tray above the surface of a counter allowing for 360 degree evaporation.
