SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING SOLID AND LIQUID MATERIALS
Applicator devices and methods for dispensing solid and liquid materials therefrom are disclosed. The applicator devices provide for application of a wide variety of liquid and solid materials from a hand-held device in combination with a buffing element. The devices generally include a top portion that forms a housing and a bottom portion that defines a buffing element. The top portion incudes an interior side that defines an inner cavity configured to contain the liquid or solid material and an exterior side having at least a portion configured to be grasped by a user's hand. Attachment between the housing and the buffing element may be releasable so that various interchangeable buffing elements may be used in combination with the liquid or solid material contained in the housing of the device.

Cleaning apparatus and system for plates and utensils
A cleaning apparatus and system for removing debris from a surface of a plate or utensil. The apparatus has a cleaning area and a pair of brushes disposed in the cleaning area with the bristles of a first brush facing toward the bristles of the second brush so that debris is scraped off the surface as the plate or utensil is pushed through the bristles. The cleaning area may be defined by a container or an opening in a work surface. Brush mounting mechanisms mount the brushes to opposing sidewalls of the container or opposing interior surfaces of the opening. The brush mounting mechanisms and brushes can be cooperatively configured so the bristles of the brushes overlap each other where the plate or utensil will be pushed through the bristles. The mounting mechanism may be a clip that engages a sidewall of the container. The system includes the apparatus.

Knife Cleaning Device
The present invention relates to a knife cleaning device with a body that is primarily comprised of a top surface and a generally parallel bottom surface, a pair of generally parallel side surfaces, wherein at least one side surface of the pair has at least one handle assembly, a generally parallel front surface and rear surface and an interior cavity. The front surface and rear surface are each further comprised of a generally rectangular opening, connected by the interior cavity that receives a blade of a knife. The device can be applied to the blade of the knife and pushed to the rear of the knife, wherein the device can be slid forward along the blade using the handle assembly to dislodge the food from the blade.
System and Method for the Precision Wiping of Dinnerware, Flatware and Glassware
A food and beverage preparation system and method for the precision wiping of plates and glassware in restaurants and bars including one or more cylindrically shaped fiber rolls having flat ends and a sanitary dispensing means for the one or more cylindrically shaped fiber rolls. A dry use method involves removing a cylindrical shaped fiber roll from a sanitary dispenser, grasping the fiber roll in a manner conducive to precision wiping, wiping a specific area of a plate or other surface and discarding the cylindrical shaped fiber roll when done. A wet use method involves wetting or dampening the cylindrical shaped fiber rolls in specialized liquids and grasping the fiber roll in a manner conducive to precision wiping, wiping a specific area of a plate or other surface and discarding the cylindrical shaped fiber roll when done.
