Cleaning unit having agitator
The present invention provides a cleaning unit, comprising: a columnar body part having a rotation guide opening formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a shaft installed to reciprocate a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction thereof in a hollow formed in the body part; a drive part that protrudes from the shaft in the radial direction thereof; a brush part that has one side installed on the outer circumferential surface of the body part along the longitudinal direction thereof and rotates on the basis of the one side as a rotation axis; and a driven part that extends from the brush part toward the drive part, passes through the rotation guide opening, and is inserted into a rotation guide groove formed in the drive part. The rotation guide groove extends at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the shaft, and as the shaft reciprocates, the driven part is guided to rotate by means of the rotation guide groove, and the brush is rotated by means of the rotation of the driven part. The cleaning unit may include a robot cleaner or a cleaner operated by means of a user's operation.
Vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner includes a main body and a suction nozzle that suctions up dust on the floor. The suction nozzle includes a housing, a driver, and a rotating brush. The housing includes an entrance through which the dust travels to the main body, a first shaft member, and a first rib disposed along a circumference of the first shaft member. The rotating brush includes a cylindrical body rotated by the first shaft member. The rotating brush also includes a brush member attached to an outer surface of the cylindrical body. The brush member rubs against the floor to direct the dust on the floor towards the entrance. As the brush member rotates, it also comes into contact with the first rib. The brush member includes a plurality of filaments. Some of the filaments are elastically deformed in the direction of the rotation axis upon contacting the first rib.
REMOVABLE ROTATABLE DRIVEN AGITATOR FOR SURFACE CLEANING HEAD
A removable rotatable driven agitator is used in a surface cleaning head and is driven by a drive mechanism that axially engages a driven end of the agitator. The removable rotatable driven agitator may be located in an openable agitator chamber for purposes of removing debris and/or removing the agitator. The openable agitator chamber may be covered by an external cover that is movable between an open position and a closed position. The removable agitator may be secured in the agitator chamber by the external cover. The removable rotatable agitator may have an end cap mounted on a rotatable bushing at a non-driven end and may have a splined driven member at the driven end to engage a splined drive member on the drive mechanism.
VACUUM CLEANER
A vacuum cleaner is disclosed. The vacuum cleaner according to the present disclosure includes a main body and a suction nozzle. The suction nozzle includes a main housing and a driver. The driver includes a motor and a transmission. The motor is provided behind a rotating brush. The transmission transfers rotational motion of the motor to the rotating brush.
Robot cleaner
Provided is a robot cleaner including a main body including a suction portion disposed thereon, main wheels for moving the main body, a side brush assembly disposed on the main body and rotating with a rotation shaft perpendicular to a rotation shaft of the main wheels, wherein the side brush assembly includes a housing for forming an exterior of the side brush assembly, a first force transmitter disposed in the housing and rotating by receiving a driving force, a second force transmitter in contact with the first force transmitter to rotate together when the first force transmitter is rotated, and a side brush coupled to the second force transmitter to rotate at the same rotation angle as the second force transmitter.
ROBOTIC CLEANER
The present invention relates to a robotic cleaner comprising: a cleaner body which has a plurality of guide holders provided therein and performs self-driving; and a suction nozzle which receives an agitator therein, has guide protrusions longitudinally protruding from both sidewalls thereof toward the plurality of guide holders and received in the plurality of guide holders, respectively, and is up-and-down movably and back-and-forth swingably mounted to the cleaner body, whereby the driving performance and cleaning performance of the cleaner can be improved.
VACUUM CLEANER
A vacuum cleaner is disclosed. The vacuum cleaner according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a main body and a suction nozzle. The suction nozzle includes a housing, a button, a rotating brush, and a detachable cover. The housing includes an insertion hole. The button includes a first protrusion. The detachable cover includes a cover body and a slider. The cover body includes an insertion member, a second protrusion, and a rail. The rotating brush is rotatably mounted to the slider. The slider is mounted on the rail so as to be movable in a first direction. The insertion member is inserted into the insertion hole in the first direction. As the button is moved, the first protrusion is selectively positioned in a movement path in the first direction of the second protrusion.
VACUUM CLEANER
A vacuum cleaner including a cleaner body including a motor configured to generate a suction force and a foreign substance collection chamber; and a suction head connected to the cleaner body. The suction head may include a drum brush, a one-way roller disposed in front of the drum brush, and a housing having a suction port. The drum brush and the one-way roller may be configured so that, when the suction head is moving forward on a surface to be cleaned, the drum brush and the one-way roller rotate so that foreign substances on the surface are suctioned by the suction force into the housing through the suction port to be guided to the foreign substance collection chamber, and when the suction head is moving rearward on the surface, rotation of the one-way roller is restricted to prevent the foreign substances suctioned into the housing from being discharged outside of the housing of the suction head through the suction port.
DRUM MODULE FOR CLEANER AND CLEANER INCLUDING THE SAME
A cleaner includes a main body and a suction head connected to the main body to suck foreign objects into the main body therethrough, the suction head including a housing including a suction port, and a drum module disposed in the housing, and to be rotated to scatter the foreign objects to be sucked through the suction port so that the scattered foreign objects are drawn into the housing through the suction port, and the drum module including a drum body, a first blade coupled to outer circumference of the drum body, a second blade separated from the first blade in a circumferential direction of the drum body and having a mass greater than a mass of the first blade, and a mass compensation member arranged on the outer circumference of the drum body to compensate for a difference in mass between the first blade and the second blade.
ELECTRIC CLEANING DEVICE
An electric cleaning device includes a housing, a cleaning roller and a driving assembly. The housing includes a cleaning chamber and the cleaning chamber defines an opening at bottom. The cleaning roller is arranged at the opening and defines a first accommodating space.
