The distal tip and the PCB board connector are attached into one integral distal assembly by removable attaching means, such as a pair of snap fit hood and holder. The integral distal end assembly is configured to be cut from the old bougie used in a medical procedure and to be collected and later disassembled, sterilized, and reassembled with another new bougie.

An image capturing module includes a flexible circuit board and an image sensor. The flexible circuit board includes a plurality of first pads and a plurality of second pads. The first pads are disposed on a first surface of the flexible circuit board and the second pads are disposed on a second surface of the flexible circuit board, wherein the first surface is opposite to the second surface. The image sensor is disposed on the first surface. A distance between the image sensor and the first pads is identical to a distance between the image sensor and the second pads. The flexible circuit board is folded to align and weld the first pads with the second pads, such that a light receiving surface of the image sensor is perpendicular to surfaces of the first and second pads.

The method includes receiving, by a cloud computing system of the surgical system, first usage data, from a first subset of surgical hubs of the surgical system; receiving, by the cloud computing system, second usage data, from a second subset of surgical hubs of the surgical system; analyzing, by the cloud computing system, the first and the second usage data to correlate the first and the second usage data with surgical outcome data; determining, by the cloud computing system, based on the correlation, a recommended medical resource usage configuration; and displaying, on respective displays on the first and the second subset of surgical hubs, indications of the recommended medical resource usage configuration.

The separable disposable shaft comprises a housing having an articulation wire actuating assembly mounted thereto and an optical and/or electrical connector mounted thereto. When the housing of the hand-piece and the housing of the separable disposable shaft assembly are joined together, the articulation control engages the articulation wire actuating assembly and the optical and/or electrical connector of the reusable hand-piece engages the optical and/or electrical connector of the disposable shaft assembly.

A proximal end of the device may comprise a handle with a means for connecting the imaging device(s) to an imaging display(s), and a means for accessing bodily tissue in the vicinity of the distal end with a cryo-ablation probe through the central lumen and the lateral fenestration(s) for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
