DISPOSABLE UTERINE ENDOSCOPE
A disposable uterine endoscope relates to the technical field of medical instruments. The disposable uterine endoscope includes a handle mechanism and an intubation mechanism. The intubation mechanism includes a rotary inner tube and a supporting outer tube. One end of the rotary inner tube is rotatably connected with the handle mechanism and the other end of the rotary inner tube is connected with a camera. The supporting outer tube is sleeved in a circumferential direction of the rotary inner tube, one end of the supporting outer tube is fixedly connected with the handle mechanism and the other end of the supporting outer tube is provided with a bent section, the bent section is provided with a continuous bent groove, and the bent groove is arranged spirally along the circumferential direction of the bent section.
Cell isolation instrument
Provided is a cell isolation instrument capable of smoothly performing a plurality of steps associated with isolation of cells, including gripping of a biological tissue, transferring of the biological tissue, and isolating of the biological tissue. A container has an opening. A sealing member seals the opening. A pair of pinching parts is connected to the sealing member, and the pair of pinching parts opens or closes by being pressed.

LIVING TISSUE SAMPLING METHOD AND BIOPSY SUPPORT SYSTEM
A living tissue sampling method includes inserting an endoscope inserted into a guide sheath into a body cavity of a subject, checking three-dimensional image information of a body cavity path against distal end position data of the endoscope, bringing distal ends of the endoscope and the guide sheath close to a focused region, removing the endoscope from the guide sheath while keeping the guide sheath stationed inside the body cavity, inserting a biopsy instrument into the guide sheath, and sampling living tissue of the focused region by the biopsy instrument.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE DISSECTOR FOR INTER-LAYER PROCEDURES
A device for minimally invasive, inter-layer surgical procedures advantageously forms a wedge for advancing between adjacent tissue layers and provides a jaw that can be actuated to create a working space for a cutting tool and other instruments within a plane between the tissue layers. The device may also usefully employ an open or wireframe structure for the opposing jaws to preventing tissue or fluid accumulation between the jaws and maximize visibility around the surgical site.
Use of biomarkers and therapeutic agents with surgical devices
Biomarkers are collected and used to determine biological propensities of a patient, to determine the efficacy of medical devices, to select and administer therapeutic agents, to select medical devices, to make adjustments to medical devices, and/or to adjust surgical techniques. An apparatus includes a port to draw a biological fluid (e.g., a mist) from a surgical site. The apparatus includes a sensor having a cantilevered beam. The beam includes substances selected to attract certain biomarkers as the fluid is communicated across the beam. The same apparatus or another apparatus is used to administer a therapeutic agent based at least in part on collected biomarker data. The therapeutic agent delivery apparatus may include a device that is also used to create a wound at a surgical site. For instance, a harmonic surgical instrument may be used to both collect biomarkers and administer a therapeutic agent (e.g., gene therapy using sonoporation).

SELF-RIGHTING SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND RELATED COMPONENTS
Self-righting articles, such as self-righting capsules for administration to a subject, are generally provided. In some embodiments, the self-righting article may be configured such that the article may orient itself relative to a surface. In some embodiments, the self-righting article may have a particular shape and/or distribution of density (or mass) which, for example, enables the self-righting behavior of the article. In some embodiments, the self-righting article may comprise a tissue interfacing component and/or a pharmaceutical agent. In some cases, upon contact of the tissue with the tissue engaging surface of the article, the self-righting article may be configured to release one or more tissue interfacing components. In some cases, the tissue interfacing component may comprise and/or be associated with the pharmaceutical agent.
NEEDLE-ASSISTED AUTOMATED INSERTION AND EXTRACTION OF IMPLANTS
Disclosed herein is a percutaneous catheter apparatus, comprising two nested needles; and an inner plunger; which is guided as a catheter to the tissue surrounding a hard implant to actuate and deploy a pair of sharp-tip needle-forceps that perform two concentric cuts, circularly spaced 90-degree apart from each other, to complete a 360 degree bore around the implant before squeezing to arrest and extract the implant, together with its surrounding tissue.
