SINGLE INSERTION DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR TREATING EMBOLISM AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Systems and methods for the intravascular treatment of clot material within a blood vessel of a human patient are disclosed herein. A method in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, engaging an interventional device of a catheter system with clot material in a blood vessel and withdrawing the interventional device and the portion of the clot material through a guide catheter. In some embodiments, the catheter system can include an attachment/valve member coupled to a proximal portion of the guide catheter, and the method can include unsealing the attachment/valve member to facilitate withdrawing the interventional device through the attachment/valve member without significant retention of clot material within the attachment/valve member. The method can further include resealing and aspirating the guide catheter before advancing another interventional device to the clot material to again engage and remove clot material from the blood vessel.

FOREIGN BODY RETRIEVAL DEVICE
The present disclosure includes a device for retrieving foreign material within a blood vessel of a patient. Some foreign retrieval devices include an elongated body configured to be disposed within a catheter, the elongated body having a proximal end, and a distal end opposite the proximal end; and one or more arms, each arm having a proximal end coupled to the distal end of the elongated body, and a distal end extending toward the proximal end of the elongated body. In some foreign retrieval devices, each of the arms is configured to be actuated from a closed position to an open position.
FOREIGN BODY RETRIEVAL DEVICE
The present disclosure includes a device for retrieving foreign material within a blood vessel of a patient. Some foreign retrieval devices include an elongated body configured to be disposed within a catheter, the elongated body having a proximal end, and a distal end opposite the proximal end; and one or more arms, each arm having a proximal end coupled to the distal end of the elongated body, and a distal end extending toward the proximal end of the elongated body. In some foreign retrieval devices, each of the arms is configured to be actuated from a closed position to an open position.
COMBINATION STENTRIEVER AND MICROCATHETER
A clot removal system for removing a clot from a body vessel, the clot removal system including: a microcatheter including: a distal segment comprising a first diameter; and a proximal segment comprising a second diameter; a stentriever positionable substantially within a lumen of a distal end of the microcatheter, the stentriever including: an engagement structure configured to expand when distal of the microcatheter in an expanded configuration, and an elongated member proximal of the engagement structure and extending to a proximal end of the microcatheter; and a hand control disposed on the proximal end of the microcatheter for controlling extending and retracting the engagement structure from the microcatheter.
COMBINATION STENTRIEVER AND MICROCATHETER
A clot removal system for removing a clot from a body vessel, the clot removal system including: a microcatheter including: a distal segment comprising a first diameter; and a proximal segment comprising a second diameter; a stentriever positionable substantially within a lumen of a distal end of the microcatheter, the stentriever including: an engagement structure configured to expand when distal of the microcatheter in an expanded configuration, and an elongated member proximal of the engagement structure and extending to a proximal end of the microcatheter; and a hand control disposed on the proximal end of the microcatheter for controlling extending and retracting the engagement structure from the microcatheter.
THROMBECTOMY METHODS
Methods and apparatuses for removing material (e.g., clot) from within a body, including inverting thrombectomy apparatuses. These methods and apparatuses may include methods and apparatuses for reusing portion of the devices, method and apparatuses for loading and reloading the inverting thrombectomy apparatuses, and methods and apparatuses for improving and enhancing the ability of the inverting thrombectomy apparatuses to remove clot. In particular, described herein are expandable scraper devices that may be used in conjunction with the inverting thrombectomy apparatuses descried herein, or on their own.
Intravascular thromboembolectomy device and method using the same
A device and a method for increasing or restoring a flow in a body lumen are provided. The device and the method may treat conditions related to a stroke, such as an ischemic stroke, by removing an occlusion from a blood vessel and/or reopen a blood vessel. The device may comprise a tubing compartment, a central wire, and an engaging compartment. The engaging compartment may comprise a distal engaging element and a proximal engaging element. A clot or occlusion present in the body lumen such as an artery may be engaged in and/or between the distal and proximal engaging elements. Further, the positions of one or both of the engaging elements and the distance therebetween can be adjusted to ensure the engagement of the clot or occlusion.
Intravascular thromboembolectomy device and method using the same
A device and a method for increasing or restoring a flow in a body lumen are provided. The device and the method may treat conditions related to a stroke, such as an ischemic stroke, by removing an occlusion from a blood vessel and/or reopen a blood vessel. The device may comprise a tubing compartment, a central wire, and an engaging compartment. The engaging compartment may comprise a distal engaging element and a proximal engaging element. A clot or occlusion present in the body lumen such as an artery may be engaged in and/or between the distal and proximal engaging elements. Further, the positions of one or both of the engaging elements and the distance therebetween can be adjusted to ensure the engagement of the clot or occlusion.
Aspiration catheter systems and methods of use
Described are methods, systems, devices for facilitation of intraluminal medical procedures within the neurovasculature. A catheter advancement device includes a flexible elongate body having a proximal end, a distal end, and a single lumen extending therebetween. The flexible elongate body has a proximal segment, an intermediate segment, and a tip segment. The proximal segment includes a hypotube coated with a polymer. The intermediate segment includes an unreinforced polymer having a durometer of no more than 72D. The tip segment is formed of a polymer different from the intermediate segment and has a durometer of no more than about 35D and a length of at least 5 cm. The tip segment has a tapered portion that tapers distally from a first outer diameter to a second outer diameter over a length of between 1 and 3 cm.
