PRESENTING QUALITY MEASURES OF TISSUE ABLATION IN A BLOOD VESSEL USING A TWO-DIMENSIONAL MAP
A method includes, receiving multiple signals from multiple respective electrodes arranged along an inner circumference of a blood vessel that has been ablated. Based on the multiple signals, one or more quality measures of the ablated blood vessel are produced. A graphical presentation indicative of the one or more quality measures, is displayed to a user in a two-dimensional (2D) polar coordinate system.
Variable geometry cooling chamber
The present invention provides a medical device that may include a catheter body having proximal and distal portions, a fluid injection lumen disposed within elongate body, and a guidewire lumen disposed within the elongate body. A tip portion defining a cavity in fluid communication with the fluid injection lumen may be coupled to the distal end of the guidewire lumen, and an expandable element may be coupled to the distal portion of the catheter body and to the tip portion, such that the expandable element is in fluid communication with the fluid injection lumen. A shaping element may at least partially surround the expandable element, where the shaping element is configurable in a first geometric configuration and a second geometric configuration.

ELECTRODE CATHETER SYSTEM
The present application provides an electrode catheter system, comprising an interventional catheter for intervening to one side of an artery blood vessel and provided with an electrode element that can release an electrical signal toward an inner wall of a renal artery blood vessel; a pressure sensor for intervening to an artery blood vessel; and a data processing module, connected with the pressure sensor. The electrode element releases an electrical signal toward the inner wall of the renal artery vessel, and then the pressure sensor monitors a blood pressure change in the renal artery vessel at the other side. A data processing module processes the data monitored by the pressure sensor and determines the blood pressure change, and an activity degree of the nerve can be determined by measuring a signal such as the blood pressure of the human body, so as to screen out the patients with an overactive sympathetic nerve, and a surgical effect of a denervation surgery can also be evaluated before or after the surgery, and can be used to determine whether to perform an ultrasonic ablation again.
FIBROSIS-INDUCING DRUG-ELUTING STENT FOR BLOCKING ELECTRIC CONDUCTION
The present invention provides a drug-eluting stent. The present invention includes a main structure, and a drug delivery layer that is applied to the main structure and includes a fibrosis drug, wherein, when the main structure comes into contact with a target tissue, the fibrosis drug of the drug delivery layer is released into the target tissue to perform fibrous of the target tissue.

CHEMICAL ABLATION APPARATUS FOR TREATING ARRHYTHMIA
The disclosure relates to a chemical ablation apparatus for treating arrhythmia, comprising: a clamp body, a clamp head consisting of a pair of clamp jaws, a needle head assembly, a needle head extension and retraction control assembly, pipeline components, and an electrocardiographic mapping component. The chemical ablation apparatus can control needle heads to extend out of or retract into the clamp head by means of the needle head extension and retraction control assembly. A chemical ablation reagent may be injected to a cardiac muscle tissue to conveniently achieve complete ablation of the cardiac muscle tissue by applying a chemical ablation method. The ablation effect can be verified by the electrocardiographic mapping system, to thereby increase the success rate and lower the difficulty level of arrhythmia ablation operations, while also reducing the manufacturing cost of the ablation apparatus and corollary equipment thereof, and decreasing the expenses for atrial fibrillation surgical operations.
