Each of the at least one inhaler comprises a use determination system configured to determine at least one value of a usage parameter relating to use of the respective inhaler by a subject. The system further comprises a user interface and a processing module. The user interface is configured to enable user-inputting of an indication of a status of a respiratory disease being experienced by the subject. The processing module is configured to control the user interface to issue a prompt to input the indication based on the at least one value.

METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTION AND MONITORING OF HEALTH PARAMETERS
Methods and apparatus provide monitoring of coughing and/or a sleep disordered breathing state of a person. One or more sensors may be configured for non-contact active and/or passive sensing. The processor(s) may extract respiratory effort signal(s) from one or more motion signals generated by active non-contact sensing with the sensor(s). The processor(s) may extract one or more energy band signals from an acoustic audio signal generated by passive non-contact sensing with the sensor(s). The processor(s) may assess the energy band signal(s) and/or the respiratory efforts signal(s) to generate intensity signal(s) representing sleep disorder breathing modulation. The processor(s) may classify feature(s) derived from the one or more intensity signals to generate measure(s) of coughing and/or sleep disordered breathing. The processor may evaluate sensing signal(s) to generate indication(s) of cough event(s) and/or cough type which may include generating an indication of a coronavirus disease or a coronavirus disease cough type.
Low flow spirometer turbine
A spirometer turbine assembly is described, having a housing with a proximal end opening, a distal end opening and an airflow channel therebetween. A first flow director has a first plurality of flow director blades with distal edges that curve in a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the airflow channel, and a vane is connected to an axel positioned distal to the first flow director. A spirometer turbine assembly having an anti-static material is also described.

SPIROMETER
The chronic nature of asthma necessitates regular self-monitoring of respiratory function in susceptible individuals, however the available devices for performing the necessary measurements are either inaccurate or expensive and bulky. The present invention provides a small, cheap spirometer for efficient, accurate and convenient measurement of breathing characteristics.
