A miniature safety blood lancet for minimizing pain includes a needle body, an activation sleeve, a housing and a spring. The activation sleeve is arranged in the housing. The needle body is arranged in the activation sleeve. The housing, the activation sleeve and the needle body are slidably connected. The activation sleeve is provided with an inner wall. The inner side of the middle of the inner wall is provided with an unlocking arm, and the outer side of the bottom of the inner wall is provided with a buckle. A needle cap is arranged at the front end of the needle body. The unlocking arm of the activation sleeve is snap-fitted with a self-locking protrusion of the needle cap and an inverted buckle of the housing, respectively. The spring is arranged between the bottom of the needle body and the housing.

The assembly further includes a shield restrainably engaged with a portion of the housing and axially transitionable over the patient cannula from a retracted position in which the patient end is exposed, to an extended position in which the patient end is shielded by at least a portion of the shield, wherein at least a portion of the flash chamber is visible in the retracted position.

A lancing device for infant with safety rotating and unlocking push-shooting button is provided. The push-shooting button is exposed and occupies two position attitudes. A first attitude is an insurance lock-out state that the push-shooting button is locked to avoid an undesired trigger before actuation, and a second attitude is a state that leaves away from the first one attitude where the push-shooting button is readily loaded to be launched. Under the insurance lock-out state, the push-shooting button is locked and moves only by a rotation. Firstly, the button is rotated and loaded to a to-be-launch state. Then, the button is pressed inwards and an edge lancing mechanism is actuated with a blade projecting from a lancing opening of the shell to cut and retract back into the shell. The whole blood collecting procedure is finished.

The injector of the present invention comprises a plunger capable of launching the lancet in a pricking direction, an injector housing which surrounds the plunger, and an injector cap capable of being attached and detached with respect to the injector housing. In particular, an inner face of the injector cap is provided with a rib, and the rib and the plunger moving for the pricking are capable of contacting with each other.
