The ECG monitoring device may further comprise a computing device positioned along the housing cable and operatively coupled to each of the four or more electrodes via a respective signal cable of the plurality of signal cables. The computing device may comprise a memory and a processing device operatively coupled to the memory, the processing device to perform, using the four or more electrodes, an electrocardiogram (ECG) of the user.
