Source image distance adjustable X-ray imaging apparatus

A source image distance (SID) adjustable X-ray imaging apparatus is provided. The X-ray imaging apparatus may include an arm including a first end and a second end, a first X-ray component arranged at the first end of the arm, and a second X-ray component arranged at the second end of the arm. The first X-ray component and the second X-ray component may be opposite to each other. The first X-ray component may be configured to generate X-rays or receive X-rays. The first end may include a first weight balancing mechanism. When the first X-ray component moves with respect to the first weight balancing mechanism, the SID of the X-ray imaging apparatus may change but the first weight balancing mechanism may maintain a center of gravity of the first end unchanged.

COLLIMATOR

An N-M tomography system comprising: a carrier for the subject of an examination procedure; a plurality of detector heads; a carrier for the detector heads; and a detector positioning arrangement operable to position the detector heads during performance of a scan without interference or collision between adjacent detector heads to establish a variable bore size and configuration for the examination. Additionally, collimated detectors providing variable spatial resolution for SPECT imaging and which can also be used for PET imaging, whereby one set of detectors can be selectably used for either modality, or for both simultaneously.

C-ARM X-RAY DEVICE

Disclosed is a C-shaped arm X-ray apparatus, comprising a C-shaped arm translation assembly (1), a support column (2), a base (3), a balancing weight (4) and an adjusting apparatus. One end of the support column (2) is connected to the base (3), and the other end of the support column is slidably connected to the C-shaped arm translation assembly (1). The balancing weight (4) is in sliding connection with the base (3). The adjusting apparatus is connected to the balancing weight (4), and when the C-shaped arm translation assembly (1) moves in a first direction, the adjusting apparatus enables the balancing weight (4) to move by a preset distance in the direction opposite to the first direction such that the gravity center of the C-shaped arm X-ray apparatus can be maintained at a preset position. The stability of the C-shaped arm X-ray apparatus can be guaranteed by adjusting the position of the balancing weight (4) by means of the adjusting apparatus.

Mobility apparatus for radiographic appliance

A mobility apparatus for an imaging appliance such as a panoramic radiograph machine allows single-operator transport for on-site usage with ambulatory challenged patients. A counterbalanced pivot interface integrates the imaging appliance with a motorized transport vehicle for disposing the appliance securely on the vehicle, while the counterbalanced pivot interface allows positioning to an operational upright orientation for on-site usage. The imaging appliance includes modifications to a stock appliance for adapting the pivot interface for mobility and for usage with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) affected patients, such as wheelchair and scooter bound individuals. The modifications include a truncated base and truncated vertical riser, coupled with a counterbalance mass on the vehicle to maintain stability in the deployed and transportable positions. The lowered vertical riser permits the imaging mechanism to descend to accommodate seated patients.

MINI C-ARM WITH MOVABLE SOURCE

A mini C-arm with a movable X-ray source is disclosed. The mini C-arm including a moveable base, a C-arm assembly, and an arm assembly for coupling the C-arm assembly and the base. The C-arm assembly includes a first end, a second end, and a curved intermediate body portion defining an arc length. The source is positioned adjacent to the first end. A detector is positioned at the second end. The source is moveable along the arc length and relative to the detector to enable a plurality of images of the patient's anatomy to be acquired including a first image when the X-ray source is at a first position and a second image when the X-ray source is at a second position. The images being taken without moving the patient's anatomy. The C-arm assembly may include a motor and a belt drive system for moving the source relative to the detector.

Telescopic lifting unit

A telescopic lifting unit with a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment. The first and second segments may be displaced relative to one another, and the second and third segments may be displaced relative to one another. The first and second segments may be moved relative to one another by a motor unit, and the second and third segments may be moved relative to one another by a cable hoist.

Deployable stabilization feet for a portable medical imaging system

A hydraulic stabilizer system for a portable medical imaging system. The system includes at least two hydraulic cylinders each having a shaft extending through a first wall of the respective cylinder, wherein each shaft is moveable relative to the respective cylinder. First and second ends of each shaft include a spring support element and a foot for contacting associated uneven floor portions. A retraction spring is located between the spring support element and an inner surface of the first wall of each cylinder. The system also includes a hydraulic circuit for supplying hydraulic fluid to the cylinders, wherein the cylinders are in fluid communication with each other. Hydraulic fluid is pumped into the cylinders to cause downward movement of the shafts until the feet contact the associated uneven floor portions such that the pressure exerted by the feet against the associated uneven floor portions is equalized.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CT BALANCE MEASUREMENT AND ADJUSTMENT

The present application discloses a method for detecting an abnormity in a ray source in a CT system, comprising obtaining scanning data obtained from at least two scans that are performed by a medical device, the medical device including a ray source configured to generate a plurality of rays and a detector configured to detect the plurality of rays; determining, based on a difference of the scanning data, a status characteristic index of the ray source; and determining whether abnormity exists in the ray source based on the status characteristic index.

Various systems and devices are provided for an X-ray system. In one example, a mobile X-ray system, comprises a moveable arm comprising an X-ray source arranged at a first end and an X-ray detector arranged at a second end. The mobile X-ray system further comprises a cooling arrangement arranged within a housing shared with the X-ray source, wherein passages of the cooling arrangement do not extend outside the housing.

Medical radiation device

A radiation medical device, including a main support, and a radiation assembly (30) and an imaging assembly (20) respectively located at both ends of the main support. After an imaging scan is completed and pathological tissue positioning pictures are taken, a patient is directly moved to the other end of the main support to allow the radiation assembly (30) to perform radiation therapy to improve the efficiency of the radiation therapy after the completion of pathological tissue positioning, and effectively reduce movement of the patient when the patient is being moved for radiation therapy after the imaging assembly (20) completes pathological tissue positioning, thus reducing pathological tissue positioning error caused by too much movement.
