DIGITAL DENTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM, AND DENTURE HOLE GUIDER APPLIED THERETO AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
In order to improve manufacturing convenience and precision, the present invention provides a digital denture manufacturing method comprising: a first step of acquiring a three-dimensional work image, on which occlusion information between a target dental arch and an opposing dental arch and implant information of a fixture implanted in the target dental arch are displayed, and preparing a temporary denture in which a binding region formed to correspond to a binding portion profile of an abutment fastened to the fixture is arrayed and arranged; a second step of acquiring an auxiliary scan image for the temporary denture; a third step of acquiring, from the auxiliary scan image, a correction surface image on three-dimensional surface information of an inner surface-side engagement groove of the temporary denture including the binding region; and a fourth step of designing and manufacturing a digital denture having a virtual binding groove corresponding to the position and the shape of the three-dimensional surface information of the binding region, in an inner surface profile set according to the three-dimensional surface information of the engagement groove.
DENTAL RESTORATION HOLDING DEVICES, DENTAL RESTORATION HOLDING ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING THE SAME, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Dental restoration holding devices, dental restoration holding assemblies including the same, and associated methods. A dental restoration holding device includes a base portion and a cap portion, and is configured such that the base portion and/or the cap portion engages a flexible support sheet to define a support surface that supports a dental restoration relative to a suction tip. A dental restoration holding assembly for supporting a dental restoration includes the dental restoration holding device in combination with the flexible support sheet and the suction tip. A method of treating a dental restoration includes operatively engaging a flexible support sheet with a dental restoration holding device to define a support surface, placing a dental restoration upon the support surface, engaging a suction tip with the dental restoration holding device, and flowing a treatment fluid through the dental restoration holding device.

Dentures (false teeth) made permanent using vacuum suction
The invention relates for producing permanent dentures without using any implants (screws) on the gum or using glue but using the vacuum of suction cells (suckers), between the natural gum and dentures, but using flexible thin plastic (approved by FDA) sheath between the gum and the dentures using suckers (similar to octopus) made on upper and lower surfaces of the sheath the upper sheath surface will have the same shape of the normal denture lower surface, similarly the lower sheath surface will have the same shape of the gum, the shape of the plastic sheath will always have the same shape of the gypsum modeled cast at the dentist clinic, for the gum surface, all the suckers will be (squeezed) pressed and create vacuum to hold the dentures to the gum and the dentures.
