ENDODONTIC FILE FOR DENTAL NERVE TREATMENT WITH IMPROVED FRACTURABLE AREA
An endodontic file for dental nerve treatment according to the present invention comprises: a helical shaped blade that is to be inserted into a root canal, remove dental nerve, and enlarge the root canal; a head that is detachably inserted into a rotary power tool, and a connection part extending by a predetermined length between the head and the blade and having a diameter smaller than that of each of a contact end of the blade and the head. According to the endodontic file for dental nerve treatment, by forming the connection part of the endodontic file with an adjusted thickness or shape such as a thin thickness so that stress generated during rotation of the endodontic file is concentrated on the connection part rather than the blade, the endodontic file is induced to be fractured outside the tooth rather than inside the tooth root, thereby allowing fractured pieces to be easily found and removed.

INSTRUMENT TO BYPASS FRACTURED FRAGMENTS OF ENDODONTIC ROTARY FILE IN ROOT CANAL OF A TOOTH
Instruments to bypass fragments of fractured endodontic rotary files are configured for bypassing fractured fragments of endodontic rotary files that have become lodged within a root canal of a tooth during a root canal treatment. An instrument can be an endodontic file having a handle and a working shaft. The active distal portion of which includes a flat, therefore inactive, lateral surface 3. The files have a dual design along the active distal portion with a safe side and a cutting side to ease the penetration of the instrument in the narrow space between the root canal wall and the broken fragment of a NiTi endodontic rotary file.
Tool for extracting broken endodontic instrument
The tool for extracting broken endodontic instrument has a cylindrical, tubular body. The body has a cap at one end and a conical nose at the opposite end. A gripper tube for gripping a broken endodontic file extends from the conical nose. The body of the tool houses a heating or soldering device equipped with a magazine of balls of solder. The gripper tube has an open tip dimensioned for slidably receiving an end of the broken file and resilient gripper prongs inside the tube allowing insertion of the end of the file but preventing the file from exiting the gripper tube. The heating device may be turned on to melt a ball of solder to solder the gripper prongs to the broken file to further secure the broken file to the gripper tube for extraction of the broken endodontic tube from the root canal.

APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR TREATING TEETH
An apparatus for treating a tooth includes a proximal chamber and a distal chamber disposed distal the proximal chamber and in fluid communication with the proximal chamber by way of a transition opening. The distal chamber includes an access opening disposed apart from and distal to the transition opening, the access opening to provide fluid communication between a treatment region of the tooth and the distal chamber. The apparatus includes a liquid supply port disposed to direct a liquid stream into the proximal chamber and over at least a portion of the transition opening. The apparatus includes an impingement member arranged within a path of the liquid stream, the impingement member having one or more surfaces positioned to redirect at least a portion of the liquid stream across at least a portion of the transition opening.
