A device for anchoring to the upper jaw bone dental prostheses of the upper dental arch using a plurality of intraosseous screws each provided with a thread and a bottom shank. A crosspiece with a plurality of nuts corresponding to the number of intraosseous screws are connected together by means of spacers, each nut having a female thread corresponding to the thread of a respective intraosseous screw. A lock nuts corresponding to the number of intraosseous screws are each provided with a female thread in turn corresponding to the thread of the respective screw. The crosspiece is designed to be inserted and housed, during use, in the maxillary sinus and the each screw is inserted inside a respective hole through the bone underneath the maxillary sinus so that it projects beyond the inner cortex of the bone and is inserted inside the respective nut of the crosspiece.

Bone foundation guide system and method

A bone foundation guide system has a bone foundation guide including a body that is contoured to reversibly affix to a bone segment of a dental implant surgical site. The body is further contoured to guide the cutting of a portion of the bone segment from a dental implant surgical site and alternatively support a dental implant surgical guide. The body is further contoured to support a bone foundation guide prosthesis as an alternative to the dental implant surgical guide. The bone foundation guide prosthesis combines with the body to accommodate the bone segment portion as placed through the body prior to the bone segment portion being removed from the dental implant site through the use of the body.

Subperiosteal dental implant

The present disclosure concerns a subperiosteal dental implant for receiving at least one replacement tooth of a patient, the subperiosteal dental implant comprising an implant frame superposable to at least a section of a jaw hone of the patient, the implant frame having a bone-facing surface at least partially contacting the jaw hone of the patient when the implant frame is superposed thereto, and an opposed gum-facing surface, the implant frame having at least a section along which a cross-section profile includes a base defining at least partially the bone-facing surface and at least partially the gum-facing surface, a ridge protruding from the base and defining at least partially the gum-facing surface, and a first shoulder and a second shoulder that are both defined on the gum-facing surface of the base, each one being located on a respective side of the ridge.

Dental framework and prosthesis

A unique CAD subtract body intended to create a design of a mating surface for a veneering overlay and a dental implant framework wherein the unique CAD subtract body is derived from a diagnostic wax-up surface model. The diagnostic wax-up surface model is created from at least one of scanning a diagnostic wax up or denture tooth set up, CAD models in a virtual set up, an intraoral scan of a diagnostic wax up or denture tooth set up taken in a patient's mouth, a CT scan or series of CT scans of a patient's mouth, a CT scan or series of CT scans with the use of a radiographic stent in a patient's mouth, and wherein the unique CAD subtract body can be used to create the tool path for the manufacturing of the veneering overlay and allows for the fabrication of a dental implant from at least one of a metallic material, a ceramic material, an acrylic material, a biocompatible material.

Bone foundation guide system and method

A bone foundation guide system having a bone foundation guide with a foundation guide body forming an open surgical space connecting a top of the bone foundation guide body with a bottom of the bone foundation guide body, the bottom contoured to removably affix the bone foundation guide body to the bone of a dental implant surgical site, the body further contoured to guide the cutting of bone from a dental implant surgical site and supporting a dental implant surgical guide; the dental implant surgical guide contoured to removably mate to the bone foundation guide body; wherein a combination of the bone foundation guide and the dental implant surgical guide forms a double open-ended placement channel that passes through a plurality of guiding cylinders held in tandem alignment to aid in the placement of a dental implant that is anchored in a site remote from the mouth.
