Fixation base and guides for dental prosthesis installation
Apparatus and method for installing a multi-tooth dental prosthesis in one session are shown and described. A first tool attaches to the jawbone, and serves as a foundation for subsequently used guides. Existing teeth and dental fixtures are removed, and the bone tissue is removed to accommodate the prosthesis. Subsequently, a drill guide is used to drill implant holes. An abutment guide is then used to place abutments. Copings are then installed. Next, the prosthesis may be installed and cemented to the copings. A resinous filler material may be applied to fill gaps and holes in and between the copings and the prosthesis, and is sanded smooth.
FIXED HYBRID DENTAL ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE
A dental attachment assembly is provided, including an abutment member and a male member. The abutment member may include an outer locating surface portion having at least two axially spaced retention portions having two generally rounded, annular projections. The male member for engagement over the outer locating surface of the abutment member may include an upper end and a continuous, unbroken skirt having a rounded, convex outer surface. The male member may be constructed from a rigid material and have at least two axially spaced, snap engaging formations on the inner surface of the skirt for snap engagement with the respective retention portions of the abutment member.
FIXED HYBRID DENTAL ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE
A dental assembly is provided, which includes an endosseous dental implant, a retention member, and a cap configured for securing in a dental appliance and engaging the retention member. The endosseous dental implant may have an external projection extending from the top of the first end portion for releasable engagement with an abutment member, wherein the abutment member has an external lower bevel portion. The retention member may have a first end and a continuous, unbroken skirt extending from the first end defining an inner surface for engagement over the outer locating surface of the abutment member, the retention member being constructed from a rigid material such that it provides a retentive force of about 10 to 75 pounds. The rigid material may include PEEK.
FIXED HYBRID DENTAL ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE
Dental assemblies comprising a dental appliance are provided herein. Contemplated dental appliances can comprise a first recess and a second recess, a first cap for securing in the first recess and a second cap for securing in the second recess, a first abutment member for attaching to a first tooth root, implant, or adjacent tooth, and a second abutment member for attaching to a second tooth root, implant, or adjacent tooth. A first retention member sized for engagement within the first cap may be provided, the first retention member having a first end and a continuous, unbroken skirt extending from the first end defining an inner surface for engagement over the outer locating surface of the first abutment member, and the retention member being constructed from a rigid material such that it provides a retentive force of about 10 to 75 pounds.
FIXED HYBRID DENTAL ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE
A fixed hybrid dental attachment assembly comprising an abutment member, a male member, and a cap are provided herein. The abutment member comprises an outer locating surface portion projecting downwardly from an upper end. The male member for attachment to the abutment member comprises an upper end for engagement within a cap in a recess in a dental appliance, and a continuous, unbroken skirt projecting from the upper end of the male member for engagement over the outer locating surface of the abutment member. The skirt may comprise a rounded, convex outer surface, and the male member may be constructed from a PEEK material.
DENTAL BRIDGE SYSTEM
Provided is a dental bridge system including a superstructure and a support bar. The superstructure includes a proximal face formed with at least one bar-receiving groove shaped so as to snugly receive therein at least a corresponding portion of the support bar. The removable superstructure further includes a crown portion defining teeth-like members and having a structurally functional distally projecting inner core, coated by a visible layer configured to impart aesthetic qualities to the crown portion.
Dental Framework and Prosthesis
A dental prosthesis and a process for design and manufacturing, incorporating a dental implant framework and veneering overlay that will be designed and manufactured simultaneously and permanently fixated to one another.

APPARATUS AND METHOD OF AN OSTEOTOMY FOR DENTAL IMPLANT
The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacture of a dental implant for a molar, including acquiring, structural data corresponding to bones of the facial skeleton, the bones of the facial skeleton being proximate the molar, selecting, as a dental implant fixation surface, a surface of the bones based upon a determined thickness of the bones, generating, based on the selected dental implant fixation surface, a contoured surface of the dental implant, and fabricating, based upon an instruction transmitted by processing circuitry, a bone plate extending from a buccal end of a cylindrical plate of the dental implant, the cylindrical plate having support lattices extending therefrom, at least one support lattice of the support lattices being arranged on a lingual end of the cylindrical plate, the cylindrical plate having an opening in a central region thereof, the opening being configured to receive a dental post.
Modular support for dental prosthesis
A modular support for dental prosthesis is configured for securement to abutments and respective dental implants. The modular support includes connectors releasably engaging respective abutments, collars surrounding respective connectors, vertically spaced planar wings extending from at least one collar substantially parallel to the occlusal plane, and a planar tab extending substantially parallel to the occlusal plane. One end of the planar tab extends between the pair of planar wings to provide an internal reinforcing framework for the dental prosthesis. A method of using the modular support for dental prosthesis is also disclosed.
