A bandage is provided having a flexible and wrapable bandage strip coated on one side with pressure sensitive adhesive, and on the same side as the pressure sensitive adhesive a compressible and expandable composition retaining well having an aperture configured to receive a medicated gel composition is affixed at its base about midway along a length of the strip; wherein the composition retaining well at rest is about 3 millimeters to 10 millimeters in height from its base to the aperture and having sides sloping towards the aperture of about 30 degrees to about 80 degrees. In one embodiment the strip and the composition retaining well can be integral. The composition retaining well can be compressible from about 20 to 80 percent of its height at rest. The composition retaining well can be made from an inert material and made of any suitable moisture-blocking material.

An adhesive wound dressing has a body forming a first pair of limbs and a second pair of cross limbs. The first pair of limbs meet the second pair of cross limbs substantially orthogonally at a central juncture. The limbs each have an adhesive surface on a contact side of the body. The dressing has at least one peel-off sheet covering adhesive surfaces of the limbs and a non-adhering central padding covering the contact side of the central juncture. The dressing may be used for dressing lacerations including digit lacerations such as distal or interdigital lacerations.

A bandage intended for use on digits; i.e. fingers and toes, to cover injuries to the knuckle or pad area of the first joint on the hand or foot. The bandage is configured as a pad with an angled loop, the loop used as an anchor around the base of a digit in order to resist motions that might peel the bandage off the skin. The pad may contain medicines suitable for treating a wound or injury, may be radio opaque, may contain a reinforced surface to prevent compression or skin friction at the site, or other ancillary devices. The loop is deformable in length in order to fit different digits and wound locations.

A system and method includes delivery of a redox gas solution to treat onychomycosis, wherein the redox gas solution comprises a reactive species dissolved in a perfluorocarbon liquid, and wherein the perfluorocarbon liquid is dispensed onto a gas-permeable membrane and the perfluorocarbon liquid comprises of an anti-inflammatory in a perfluorocarbon liquid and wherein the reactive species may include, alone or in combination, one or more of reactive oxygen, reactive nitrogen, reactive chlorine, or reactive bromine species, and the perfluorocarbon liquid may include perfluorodecalin.

A system is provided comprising a columnar sleeve of stretchable fabric, the sleeve produced in various skin tone colors and configured to slip upon an individual toe or finger and an absorbent padding configured for attachment to an inside surface of the sleeve, the padding configured to cover about one half of an interior circumference of the inside surface, the padding optionally infused with at least one of pain killers, antiseptics, and soothing gels. [Solution] According to the present invention, the following invention is provided. (1) A tool for correcting a twist in the body is composed of a cylindrical material having elasticity with a diameter of 7-20 mm, a width 5-10 mm, a thickness of 1-3 mm, and a hardness of 4-6. According to the present invention, the tool of the present invention is worn to perform daily life activities or exercise, thereby stabilizing the center of the body and/or correcting a twist in the body.

An adhesive wound dressing is disclosed herein. The adhesive wound dressing comprises a first layer that is an outer layer. A second layer is a resilient layer and affixed to an inner surface of the first layer. A third layer is an inner gauze dressing and affixed to an inner surface of the second layer, wherein the first layer, the second layer, and the third layer define a generally tubular configuration having an open end and a closed end.
