A male incontinence disposable absorbent article comprising: a waistband assembly configured to be worn about a waist of a subject; and an absorbent panel assembly having first and second ends that are coupled to the waistband assembly, the absorbent panel assembly comprising a liquid-impervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet and backsheet, and further comprising lateral cuffs extending along a length of said core and joined to at least a portion of said topsheet on a skin-facing surface thereof; wherein the absorbent panel assembly is arranged such that it overlaps at least a portion of the waistband assembly in at least a front and/or back portion thereof, and wherein the waistband assembly comprises a first waist region, a second waist region, and a third waist region, each said waist regions comprising a plurality of elastic strands, wherein said elastic strands of said first waist region have a first spacing, said elastic strands of said second waist region have a second spacing, and said elastic strands of said third waist region have a third spacing, wherein said absorbent panel assembly comprises a frontal barrier comprising a nonwoven substrate that is joined to at least portions of each said lateral cuffs at distinct joining zones and wherein said joining zones do not substantially overlap with the topsheet in areas thereof that are free from said lateral cuffs such that a pocket is formed, and wherein said nonwoven substrate is joined to said topsheet along a further joining zone that is positioned between said distinct joining zones and along an extremity of the pocket along a transverse direction crossing the distinct joining zones, and in that said pocket is arranged to provide for containment of the male genitalia when the article is worn by a subject and/or provide a barrier to leakage on the front of said article towards the waistband assembly.

A surgical infant diaper. Device for male urinary incontinence, comprising at least one pair of underpants which at least one through hole (18) is made, into which the urogenital apparatus (19) is introduced, and at least one absorbent aid (12) provided with at least one bag (21) and connected to the external surface (13) of the underpants (11) by means of support and attachment means (14, 17, 17′); the absorbent aid (12) is provided with at least one through hole (20) substantially aligned with the through hole (18) of the underpants (11) to allow the introduction of the urogenital apparatus (19) inside said bag (21) of the absorbent aid (12).

An incontinence garment for wear by a user is provided. The user has an anatomy. The incontinence garment comprises a protective undergarment having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. An opening is formed in the protective undergarment approximately centered between the leg openings for accommodating the wearers anatomy. An outer garment is positionable over the protective undergarment with the outer garment having a waist opening and a pair leg openings and the outer garment being free from any other openings. The combined protective undergarment and outer garment offers a dual layer of absorbent protection.

The present disclosure relates to a device for detection of gaseous amines, originating from disease in the human urogenital system. The device comprising an inner surface 1 for facing the user and outer surface 3 for facing away from the user, wherein said device comprises a removable indicator 5 of gaseous amines. The removable indicator 5 is configured to be arranged in an indicator pocket 6. The device is made of a flexible material of a shape adapted to cover orifices of the human urogenital system but not the anus.

The present invention includes a male incontinence collection container comprising: a walled absorbent cored absorption chamber with an elastic aperture adapted to allow a penis to be in fluid communication with the chamber, wherein the chamber is shaped to deflect urine away from a body during urination, and wherein the elastic aperture is defined further as a breathable, tubular material to aid in the placement and retention in place of the penis; a hydrophobic material positioned between the chamber and the body to prevent contact of the urine with the body; and an absorbent material in the chamber that converts fluid to gel in fluid communication with the chamber, wherein the absorbent material absorbs and retains urine, while keeping a user dry and free from urine contact.

An absorbent article and enclosing pants and a method for wearing the combination thereof are provided. A surgical infant diaper. The surgical infant diaper includes a flexible body having an interior layer and an exterior layer, wherein the flexible body further includes a front portion, a rear portion, and a central portion therebetween. This disclosure includes absorbent articles that comprise a chassis having a recessed region disposed between opposing longitudinal edge portions. A thickness of the chassis within the recessed region can be at least 10% smaller than a thickness of the chassis within each of the longitudinal edge portions such that the chassis defines a longitudinally-extending recess configured to receive a phallus of a wearer.
