Stent graft
A stent graft, including multiple wavy rings. The stent graft includes, in a circumferential direction, a region A and a region B connected to the region A. Each wavy ring includes a first wavy section located in the region A, and a second wavy section located in the region B. The wave included angle of the first wavy section is about 70°-120°; the ratio of the wave height of the first wavy section to the spacing between adjacent first wavy sections is 1/4-3; the wave included angle of the second wavy section is 30°-60°, the ratio of the wave height of the second wavy section to the spacing between adjacent second wavy sections is 1/4-3/2, and the ratio of the wave height of the first wavy section to the wave height of the second wavy section is greater than or equal to 1/3 and less than 1.
MEDICAL KIT, MEDICAL SYSTEM, AND COVERING DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF ANEURYSMS
The disclosure relates to a medical kit for the treatment of vascular malformations, in particular aneurysms and/or fistulas, having a permanently implantable covering device, in particular a stent, for covering the vascular malformation, the covering device having a tubular, self-expandable lattice structure and a covering made of an electrospun fabric, the covering being connected to the lattice structure and overlapping the lattice structure at least in part such that, when implanted, the covering is placed over the vascular malformation; and an embolisation means, which can be applied by a feed means in the implanted state for treatment of the vascular malformation, the covering forming a porous membrane which can be penetrated by the feed means for application of the embolisation means and which is designed to lie against the outer periphery of the feed means in the penetrated state.
ABSORBABLE INTRAVASCULAR DEVICES FOR THE TREATMENT OF VENOUS OCCLUSIVE DISEASE
A venous stent may be used to maintain or enhance patency of a blood vessel. By using multiple, separate stent elements that are balloon expandable, the multi-element stent may be stronger than a traditional self-expanding stent but may also be more flexible, due to its multiple-element configuration, than a traditional balloon-expandable stent. The stent elements are formed from a bioresorbable polymer material. The stent elements may have thick and/or wide struts and may be deployed oversized so as to overcome venous elastic recoil and anatomic compression.
Torsional deployment detection of a vascular therapy
A torque detection vascular therapy system employing a vascular therapy device (101) and a torque detection controller (130). The vascular therapy device (101) is operable to be transitioned from a pre-deployed state to a post-deployed state, and includes a matrix of imageable markers representative of a geometry of the vascular therapy device (101). The torque detection controller (130) controls a detection of a non-torsional deployment or a torsional deployment of the vascular therapy device (101) subsequent to a transition of the vascular therapy device (101) from the pre-deployed state to the post-deployed state by deriving a vector indication of the non-torsional deployment or the torsional deployment of the vascular therapy device (101) from a matrix orientation similarity or a matrix orientation dissimilarity between a baseline device geometry of the vascular therapy device (101) represented by the matrix of the imageable markers and an imaged device geometry of the vascular therapy device (101) represented by the matrix of imageable markers.
Valvular insufficiency repair device and method
This application relates to methods, systems, and apparatus for replacing native heart valves with prosthetic heart valves and treating valvular insufficiency. In a representative embodiment, a support frame configured to be implanted in a heart valve comprises a main body formed by formed by a plurality of inner members forming an inner clover and a plurality of outer members forming an outer clover. The support frame can include gaps located between inner members of the plurality of inner members and outer members of the plurality of outer members. The inner clover can be radially inside the outer clover, and the outer clover can have larger dimensions than the inner clover. The support frames herein can be radially expandable and collapsible.
INTRAVASCULAR STENT
A stent design reduces the likelihood of contact among structural members when the stent diameter is reduced before insertion into the body. In one approach, an undulating link has a J-shaped profile or has an angled portion on one side at the peak of the link, in order to reduce contact during crimping. The stent may also include structural features that improve such aspects as flexibility, the coatibility of a drug coating onto the stent, flare reduction, stent retention within the body and/or reduction of the minimum diameter of the stent during crimping.

STENTS HAVING BIODEGRADABLE LAYERS
A method for preparing a laminate coronary stent comprising: providing a stent framework; and depositing a plurality of layers on said stent framework to form said laminate coronary stent; wherein at least one of said layers comprises a bioabsorbable polymer.
IMPLANTABLE GRAFT AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
The present invention relates to an implantable endoluminal graft comprised of a microporous thin-film metal covering having a plurality of openings and a structural support element underlying and physically attached to the microporous thin-film metal covering, the microporous thin-film metal covering having shape memory properties.
