TALAR IMPLANT
Provided is a prosthesis for ankle arthroplasty including a talar dome component configured to be attached to a talus bone. Also provided is a guide instrument for guiding a reamer to prepare a talus to receive the talar dome component.
UNICOMPARTMENTAL ANKLE PROSTHESIS
A partial ankle prosthesis includes a tibial component including a superior surface configured to be attached to a lower end of a patient's tibia; a poly component that is fixedly attached to the tibial component and includes a concave inferior surface of an anti-friction material; and a talar component including an inferior surface configured to be attached to a patient's talus and a single convex superior surface configured to mate with the inferior surface of the poly component; and the partial ankle prosthesis is configured to be implanted in a single compartment of a patient's ankle.
TOE IMPLANT, RELATED KIT, SURGICAL METHOD, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
Disclosed herein is a toe implant for replacing a portion of a human toe joint, as well as a related kit, surgical method, and method of manufacturing. Specifically, the toe implant may include a bearing member having a curved interface surface and a fixation member coupled to the bearing member. The fixation member may include a first portion having a non-porous barrier, and a tapered second portion.
Motion preserving spinal implant for total disc replacement
A motion preserving spinal implant is presented for use in placement between intervertebral space for total replacement of a degenerated spinal disc. The motion preserving spinal implant has a pair of end plates sandwiched around an inner core and an outer core, with the inner core being concentrically positioned within the outer core. The outer core encapsulates the inner core and provides adequate sealing of the inner core while maintaining flexibility and elasticity to advantageously support physiological movements. The inner core is constructed of an elastomeric material and acts as a solid diaphragm in order to resist and withstand localized compression and other forces. The end plates provide anchoring and fusion with adjoining vertebra and hold the inner and outer cores in place. The motion preserving spinal implant restores the normal height and natural function of the degenerated spinal disc and preserves the natural motion of the spine.
Intervertebral implant for quadrupeds
A low profile intervertebral implant for implantation in an intervertebral disc space between adjacent vertebral bodies of a quadruped. The intervertebral implant includes a plate and a spacer that extends from the plate. The intervertebral implant can define geometries that nest with complementary geometries of the vertebral bodies. Further, the plate can include fixation holes that extend along trajectories such that screws inserted through the fixation holes and driven into the respective vertebral bodies can purchase with dense cortical bone.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR SPINE AND SACROILIAC JOINT REPAIR
Apparatus and methods for treating a spinal body having an interior. The method may include augmenting a height of the spinal body by radially expanding a first mesh cage in the interior. The method may include removing the first cage from the interior. The method may include supporting the spinal body in an elevated position by radially expanding a second mesh cage in the interior. The method may also include surgically enclosing the second cage in the interior.
VERTEBRRAL CAGE
Proposed is a spinal cage. The spinal cage includes a bone support portion configured to be disposed between a first vertebra at an upper side and a second vertebra at a lower side to support the first vertebra, a base portion positioned at a lower side of the bone support portion to come in contact with the second vertebra, and a sidewall portion which has an upper side end connected to an edge of the bone support portion and a lower side end connected to an edge of the base portion and includes an elastic band having elasticity and inelastic bands having relatively lower elasticity or no elasticity. Therefore, subsidence of the spinal cage into vertebrae can be suppressed.
Method and implant device for grafting adjacent vertebral bodies
A methodology for grafting together adjacent bony structures is provided using an implant device having an endplate with an inner disc portion and outer ring portion spaced from the inner disc portion by a connecting wall disposed there between. An endplate interior surface includes a retaining structure for securing the endplate to one of the bony structures, and endplate an exterior surface has an integrally formed socket. A ball-joint rod has a longitudinally extending body and an end, and at least a portion of the ball-joint rod end is curvilinear in shape. The curvilinear ball-joint rod end is rotatably disposed in the endplate socket to fixedly interconnect the bony structures.

IMPLANT FOR BONE AND CARTILAGE RECONSTRUCTION
Provided is an implant for restoring the mobility of an articular end of a bone. The implant includes a framework having a first face and a second face opposite the first face, the framework is defined by a plurality of free volumes formed by a grating, where the grating includes a first series of bars extending through the framework from the first face to the second face, and a second series of bars extending through the framework from the first face to the second face, wherein the second series of bars are parallel to one another, and spaced apart in pairs, where the bars have ends along the second face that are bevelled.
