Multi-Size Acetabular Impactor
An acetabular implant kit includes a first acetabular component that has an inner surface that defines a first concave profile. A second acetabular component includes an inner surface that defines a second concave profile. An instrument includes an elongated body that has a first end and a second end. A head is connected to the second end of the body and has an engagement surface. The engagement surface includes a first convex profile and a second convex profile. The first and second convex profiles are arranged along a longitudinal axis of the head and have a first radius of curvature configured to congruently engage the first concave profile of the first acetabular component. The second convex profile has a second radius of curvature configure to congruently engage the second concave profile of the second acetabular component. The first radius of curvature is different than the second radius of curvature.
IMPLANT COMPONENTS AND METHODS
Systems, devices, and methods are provided for orthopedic implants. The implants may include a base member, such as an acetabular shell or an augment, that is configured to couple with an augment, flange cup, mounting member, or any other suitable orthopedic attachment. Mounting members include, for example, flanges, blades, hooks, and plates. In some embodiments, the orthopedic attachments may be adjustably positionable about the base member or other attachments, thereby providing modularity for assembling and implanting the device, and various securing and/or locking mechanisms may be used between the components of the implant.
A PROSTHETIC IMPLANT
A prosthetic implant is disclosed comprising: a first component comprising a first inner surface and a first outer surface, a second component comprising a second outer surface adapted to contact and engage with the first inner surface, the second component further comprising a second inner surface, a third component comprising a third outer surface adapted to contact and engage with the second inner surface, the third component further comprising a third inner surface, and a fourth component comprising a fourth outer surface adapted to contact and engage with the third inner surface; wherein the second component is rotatable relative to the first component about a first axis, the third component is rotatable relative to the second component about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, and the fourth component is rotatable relative to the third component about a third axis perpendicular to the first axis and second axis; the first inner surface and the second outer surface are each formed with a first partial cylindrical shape, the first inner surface and the second outer surface each comprise a flat surface normal to the first axis and are engageable with one another such that the second component is rotatable relative to the first component about the first axis only, the second inner surface and the third outer surface are each formed with a second partial cylindrical shape, the second inner surface and the third outer surface each comprise a flat surface normal to the second axis and are engageable with one another such that the third component is rotatable relative to the second component about the second axis only, and the third inner surface and the fourth outer surface are each formed with a third partial cylindrical shape, the third inner surface and the fourth outer surface each comprise a flat surface normal to the third axis and are engageable with one another such that the fourth component is rotatable relative to the third component about the third axis only.

ACETABULAR IMPLANT WITH PREDETERMINED MODULUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
An acetabular implant can include a predetermined force deflection curve as described herein. The implant can provide individual layers to achieve the predetermined force deflection curve. The acetabular implant can be manufactured using additive manufacturing techniques to achieve the required structures that provide the predetermined force deflection curve.
ACETABULAR APPARATUSES FOR HIP REVISION SURGERY
Prostheses, acetabular apparatuses, and methods of use are disclosed. In some embodiments, an acetabular apparatus includes an acetabular cup and an acetabular cage disposed within an interior of the acetabular cup. The acetabular cage may include a central portion including a first section and a second section rotatably coupled together, and a first flange extending from the first section and a second flange extending from the second section. The acetabular prosthesis may further include a fastener extending through each of the acetabular cup and the central portion of the acetabular cage.
Mechanically coupled revision hip system and method
An acetabular hip implant includes a plurality of rings secured to an acetabular shell component. A method of fabricating a customized, patient-specific version of such an implant is also disclosed.
ACETABULAR PROSTHESIS WITH ADJUSTABLE ACETABULAR CUP CAGES
An acetabular prosthesis for use in a hip arthroplasty surgical procedure includes an acetabular cup cage assembly including an outer cup cage and an inner cup cage. The outer cup cage includes a hemispherical cup and a mounting flange. Similarly, the inner cup cage also includes a hemispherical cup and a corresponding mounting flange. The hemispherical cup of the inner cup cage is sized to be received into the hemispherical cup of the outer cup cage, and the two cup cages are rotatable relative to each other to position the mounting flanges into a desired position on a hip bone of a patient.
PROSTHESIS FOR ACETABULUM FRACTURES
The present invention is related to a prosthesis, in particular a revision prosthesis, for repositioning and fixating acetabulum fractures. The prosthesis comprises a cup member (1), a hook member (2) and a hook retraction member (3). The cup member is formed and configured to be fixable into an acetabular cup. The hook member is formed and configured to be fixable onto an edge of the acetabular cup. The cup member and the hook member are formed and configured to be retractable into one another. The hook retraction member comprises at least one cable arranged and configured for retracting the hook member into the cup member.
