A shoulder arthroplasty kit includes a humeral head component, a combination sizer and guide device substantially identical to the humeral component but including a including a guide bore, and a guide pin configured to be inserted into the resected surface of the humerus and configured to be guided by the guide bore to a center of the resected surface of the humerus which is covered by the at least one combination sizer and guide device.

A method for implanting an intrafacet implant includes making an incision, advancing an instrument assembly through the incision and to a facet joint. The instrument assembly includes a guide having a lumen extending therethrough. The method includes anchoring the guide at the facet joint, advancing an intrafacet implant to the facet joint through the guide using an inserter, and countersinking the intrafacet implant within the facet joint using the inserter.

A multi-member prosthesis including first and second elongated members and a central member, said multi-member prosthesis adapted to be advanced into a pilot SI joint opening in said dysfunctional SI joint via a posterior approach, the pilot SI joint opening comprising a sacrum opening and an ilium opening and a sacrum opening. A revision implant component comprising a body having a plurality of screw holes and a tapered head configured to engage a talar dome component of a multi-component ankle prosthesis. A surgical method is disclosed which includes creating an incision in a patient, exposing a multi-component ankle prosthesis implanted in a patient, disassembling at least one component of the multi-component ankle prosthesis, affixing a revision implant component to non-damaged bone using screws, and coupling the revision implant component to a talar dome of the multi-component ankle prosthesis.

A system for treating dysfunctional SI joints that includes a multi-function bone structure prosthesis adapted to be delivered to and inserted into a dysfunctional SI joint via a posterior approach, the multi-function bone structure prosthesis, when disposed in a dysfunctional SI joint, being adapted to (i) stabilize the dysfunctional SI joint, (ii) induce proliferation, and/or growth and/or remodeling and/or regeneration of osseous tissue and, thereby, healing and arthrodesis of the dysfunctional SI joint, (iii) attenuate pain associated with the dysfunctional SI joint via neurostimulation, and (iv) monitor physiological and/or biomechanical parameters associated with the dysfunctional SI joint via one or more sensor systems.

Prostheses are described for stabilizing dysfunctional sacroiliac (SI) joints. The prostheses are sized and configured to be press-fit into surgically created pilot SI joint openings in dysfunctional SI joint structures. The prostheses have a pontoon shape with opposed elongated partially cylindrical sections connected by a bridge section. The partially cylindrical sections and, in some instances, the bridge section have a porous structure.

This disclosure is directed to methods for reconstructing an unstable triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC). Exemplary methods include preparing, delivering, and fixating a graft within a distal radioulnar joint in a manner that restores the functionality to the TFCC, thereby improving the joint kinematics of the radioulnar joint.

A method of ankle replacement includes forming an anterior cut in a bone and forming a stem hole in a distal end of the bone. The stem hole is formed using a plurality of broaches positioned against the distal end of the bone through the anterior cut. A first portion and a second portion of a stem implant are inserted into the stem hole through the anterior cut in the bone. The first portion is coupled to the second portion using a coupling device inserted through the anterior cut in the bone. The stem implant is impacted into the stem hole using an offset impactor.
