NON-ROLLED ADHESIVE CONDOM AND ABBREVIATED CONDOM
The present invention is a non-rolled adhesive condom with adhesive coating on its external surface supported by one or more releasing strips, a configuration that allows easy manufacture and deployment of said condom. Deployment involves donning the external surface of the closed end of said condom onto penis and pulling the releasing strips proximally and away from said condom, thereby inverting the adhesive coated external surface outside-in to adhere to penis. The condom may be constructed by sealing two or more membranes, even with the supporting films on. The tip of the closed end of condom has an adhesive-free area to serve as seminal receptacle. It can be opened to aid deployment of urinary condom catheter. Based on the above principle, a number of shortened non-rolled adhesive condoms (abbreviated condoms) comprising a seminal receptacle and adhesive flange(s) that wrap around the distal part of penis are also presented.
Dip-formed synthetic polyisoprene latex articles with improved intraparticle and interparticle crosslinks
A synthetic polyisoprene latex emulsion has pre-vulcanization composition and post vulcanization composition. The pre-vulcanization composition comprises soluble sulfur with high S.sub.8 ring structure that is catalytically broken by a zinc dithiocarbamate. Surfactants present in the pre-vulcanization composition wets synthetic polyisoprene particles and permeates small sized sulfur and accelerator molecules into the interior of these particles thereby pre-vulcanizing the particles. The degree of pre-vulcanization is verified by isopropanol index test. The latex emulsion has post-vulcanization composition with accelerators that crosslink inter-particle region during post vulcanization cure cycle. The dipped synthetic polyisoprene article is substantially uniformly cured both in the inter-particle and intra-particle regions and reliably exhibits high cross link density, uniform distribution of double bonds in TEM and zinc segregation at the boundaries or original particles by electron microprobe analysis. The films exhibit high tensile strength, tensile modulus, tear strength, burst pressure and burst volume.
PURE POLYURETHANE CONDOM HAVING ADHESIVE LAYER, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed in the present disclosure are a pure polyurethane condom having an adhesive layer, and a method for preparing the condom. The pure polyurethane condom having an adhesive layer at least comprises: a first polyurethane film layer; a polyurethane adhesive layer on the first polyurethane film layer; and a second polyurethane film layer on the polyurethane adhesive layer, wherein the 100% tensile modulus of the polyurethane adhesive layer is 2.5 N/mm.sup.2 or lower, and the structures of the first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer are different from that of the polyurethane adhesive layer.
Topical medication method for erectile dysfunction
A novel method of applying topical erectile dysfunction medicaments for controlled dispensing thereof through a condom or like prophylactic article is provided. Additionally, encompassed within this invention is the combination of an initial ingestion of a small dose of orally taken ED medicament for initial generation of nitric oxide followed by such a topical application. With such a method, the initial oral application metabolizes and runs its course while the topical application provides the needed dose of ED medicament. Once a sexual event is completed, the wearer may then remove the topical application article removing the topical delivery thereof in order to return to a flaccid state quickly and easily. Such an article and method thus reduces the propensity for potentially damaging excessive erection states and provides a more reliable dosing regimen for more effective and safe implementation of such an ED medicament program.

Foreskin Condom
A prophylactic condom for simulating the sensation and natural lubricating properties of an uncircumcised penis includes an open shaft section which is elastic as to hold and encase a penis of varying size and shape of and a distal head section having a wide diameter bulbous portion intended to fold down around the shaft section during sexual intercourse. The bulbous portion forms an external sleeve in which the shaft section and encased penis may move into and out of during a sexual encounter without the necessity of additional lubricant or risking the occurrence of a breach of the condom due to the frictions involved in intercourse.

COATED CONDOM
Embodiments according to the invention include coated condoms in which a fluidic coating material substantially covers an entire length of the condom, and methods for manufacturing such condoms. In some embodiments, a condom includes a tubular shaft having a tip on a closed end of the tubular shaft and an open end opposite the closed end on the tubular shaft, and a lubricant disposed along a length of the tubular shaft that extends from the open end of the tubular shaft to the tip on the closed end of the tubular shaft.
