Methods are provided for reducing body fat, volume of fat pads, and/or lipoma(s) in a subject. The methods as provided herein may include injecting a fat-sculpting liquid into a treatment region of the subject, wherein the fat-sculpting liquid has a temperature of −25° C. to 10° C. when injected and is substantially free of frozen particulates. The methods for reducing body fat in a subject may further include injecting a fat-sculpting liquid comprising saline and benzyl alcohol into a treatment region of the subject, wherein the fat-sculpting liquid has a temperature of −15° C. to 5° C. when injected and is substantially free of frozen particulates.

The present disclosure is for a therapeutic thermal pack configured to conform to three dimensional surfaces. The therapeutic thermal pack comprises first and second plastic sheets bound together forming a sack. The sack further comprises a plurality of joint lines forming open or closed cells within the boundary of the sack. The open and closed cells are configured to enhance the flexibility of the sack. The sack contains a flowable thermal material within the open or closed cells.

A thermal pack comprising one or more sacks, a body of thermal material enclosed in the sacks, and first and a second sack edge joined to form a seam line wherein the first edge and the second edge have intersecting directions with an angle that is less than 180 degrees whereby the one or more sacks conforms to a three-dimensional surface.

A dressing system for cooling skin or a wound site on a subject comprises a dressing having a reservoir for holding a liquid. The dressing may be configured for placement proximate to a postoperative surgical wound site of the subject or on the facial area of the subject. The dressing system includes a cooling chamber external to the dressing configured to cool the liquid. The dressing system includes a pump configured to circulate the liquid between the cooling chamber and the reservoir. The dressing system may include a suction element for applying suction at, or proximate to, the dressing for removing sweat or wound drainage.

A neck wrap for cooling down a neck area of a person. The neck wrap can be worn around a neck and have two pouches. Each of the two pouches can receive a liquid container that can be filled with cold liquid and optionally frozen. The two pouches having a contact area coming in contact with skin made of heat conductive material that can permit removing heat from the neck area by the cold liquid in the liquid containers when the neck wrap is worn around the neck.

A method for using beauty instrument with mask includes steps of: providing a beauty instrument with mask; applying the flexible mask of the beauty instrument with mask on a user's face; and turning on the controller and selecting a function button from the plurality of function buttons on the controller, inputting a current to the at least one heating layer in the flexible mask, and heating the at least one heating layer. The beauty instrument with mask includes a flexible mask and a controller. The controller is electrically coupled with the flexible mask.

Systems, devices, and methods for treating a patient are disclosed. The systems can include a cryotherapy apparatus for selectively treating targeted tissue. The cryotherapy apparatus includes one or more stress relief couplings located along a conduit to help keep an applicator positioned at a treatment site without significant rotational torque being imparted to the applicator by the conduit so that the applicator does not tend to move relative to patient skin during a tissue treatment. The stress relief couplings can include swivel connectors and clamps that cooperate to minimize or limit a rotational force exerted on the applicator by the conduit after the applicator is applied to the patient's skin.

A heating/cooling therapy treatment pad system incorporates a plurality of therapy pads that can be coupled together by connectors and attachments to form an integrated therapy pad assembly. The thermal pads have pouches for receiving thermal inserts that may be heated or chilled. The thermal inserts may be cylindrical in shape and there may be thermal insert gaps, or spaces between the pouches to enable better conformability of the therapy pad to a person's body, such as around the neck.
