HYGIENE ARTICLE COMPRISING SKIN PROTECTION SHEET AND ABSORBENT CORE WITH WELL POSITIONED OPENINGS
20220331175 · 2022-10-20 · ·

The present invention relates to the field of hygiene appliances, in particular to hygiene articles comprising a means for reducing soiling of the skin of a wearer by body exudates such as faeces, urine, or menses. In particular, it relates to an article with a Skin Protection Sheet (SPS) that comprises a rear opening in registry with the anus during use, and a front opening in registry with a body exudate releasing body opening or genital organ. The openings are urged to the body by a pull means, whilst being spread open cross-directionally, allowing exudates to pass through. Such a hygiene article may suitably be a baby or adult diaper or pant, a training pant, or a menstrual pant.

ABSORBENT CORE COMPRISING A HIGH LOFT CENTRAL LAYER AND TWO DIFFERENT SUPERABSORBENT POLYMERS

A system includes a urination data storage unit, an absorbent article information storage unit, a changeable time storage unit, and a changing schedule proposal unit. The changing schedule proposal unit includes a changing schedule computation unit and a changing schedule outputting unit. The changing schedule computation unit finds, on the basis of urination amount data and urination time instant data stored in the urination data storage unit, a total urination amount within a predetermined time period selected from changeable time instants stored in the changeable time storage unit, and performs, by comparing the total urination amount that has been found and the urine absorption capacity of an absorbent article, computation for finding the absorbent article or the predetermined time period such that the urine absorption capacity does not fall below the total urination amount.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE

An absorbent article in which an absorber includes an upper auxiliary layer disposed on an uppermost portion and a main absorption layer disposed on a back surface side of the upper auxiliary layer, and the upper auxiliary layer includes a super absorbent nonwoven fabric having a surface exposed to an uppermost surface of the absorber and having a Klemm water absorptiveness of 100 mm or more.

WATER-ABSORBING SHEET AND ABSORBENT ARTICLE INCLUDING THE SAME

It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel water-absorbing sheet that can meaningfully reduce the return amount even when introduction of a liquid occurs intermittently for several times (particularly, three or more times) under a situation with no load, and the amount of introduction of the liquid becomes large.

Disclosed is a water-absorbing sheet having a first base material, a second base material, and a water-absorbing layer positioned between the first base material and the second base material, wherein the first base material is a water-permeable sheet positioned on a side where a liquid to be absorbed is introduced, the water-absorbing layer has a first particulate water absorbent localized on a side of a surf ace of the first base material, the surface being arranged to face the second base material; and a second particulate water absorbent localized on a side of a surface of the second base material, the surface being arranged to face the first base material, an overall absorption amount of the second particulate water absorbent as represented by the following formula:

CRC g/g+0.44×AAP2.1 kPa g/g

is 48 g/g or more, and a water absorption time determined according to a vortex method is 35 seconds or more.
