Absorbent article
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an absorbent article that has an improved ability to transfer menstrual blood from a liquid-permeable layer to an absorbent body and can reduce the amount of the menstrual blood remaining in the liquid-permeable layer. To solve this problem, provided is a sanitary napkin provided with a top sheet, a back sheet and an absorbent body that is interposed between the top sheet and the back sheet, wherein convex portions formed in an excretion orifice contact region of the top sheet are coated with a blood lubricity-imparting agent that has a kinetic viscosity of 0.01-80 mm.sup.2/s at 40° C., a water retention rate of 0.01-4.0 mass % and a weight-average molecular weight of less than 1,000.

LIQUID ABSORPTION AND DISTRIBUTION NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR HYGIENE ARTICLES
This disclosure describes a multi-layer liquid absorption and distribution nonwoven fabric for hygiene products, which has a topside facing the user in hygiene products and an underside facing the absorbent core in hygiene products, the fiber blend of the nonwoven fabric forming the underside having a lower average fiber titer than the fiber blend of the nonwoven fabric forming the topside. The bond between the topside and the underside is purely thermal. The topside consists of a fiber blend of 50 to 100% by weight of melting fibers with 50 to 0% by weight of matrix fibers. The underside consists of a blend of 50 to 80% by weight of absorbent fibers with 50 to 20% by weight of melting fibers.
SOFT NON-WOVEN CLOTH FOR USE AS AN OUTER LAYER OF DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT ITEMS
The present invention covers a non-woven fabric for laminate on a polyethylene layer, such that a. it is comprised by a mixture of polypropylene hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers; b. it is manufactured by means of a carding process followed by thermal bonding c. during the thermal bonding is engraved in at least 15% of its area d. has a minimum base weight of 13 gr/m.sup.2.
