Absorbent article
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an absorbent article that has an improved ability to transfer menstrual blood from a liquid-permeable layer to an absorbent body and can reduce the amount of the menstrual blood remaining in the liquid-permeable layer. To solve this problem, provided is a sanitary napkin provided with a top sheet, a back sheet and an absorbent body that is interposed between the top sheet and the back sheet, wherein convex portions formed in an excretion orifice contact region of the top sheet are coated with a blood lubricity-imparting agent that has a kinetic viscosity of 0.01-80 mm.sup.2/s at 40° C., a water retention rate of 0.01-4.0 mass % and a weight-average molecular weight of less than 1,000.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE COMPRISING A LOTION COMPOSITION FOR REDUCING ADHERENCE OF FECES OR MENSES TO THE SKIN
An absorbent article, intended to be worn by a wearer, wherein at least a part of a body facing surface of that article has a lotion composition. The lotion composition includes at least one first compound which is liquid at 25 C. and at least one second compound which is solid at 25 C. The first compound may be wax ester, and the second compound is a solid fatty compound selected from the group consisting of solid fatty acids, solid fatty alcohol and solid fatty soaps. When the solid fatty compound is a solid fatty acid, then the total amount of liquids is higher than the total amount of solids.

SURFACE SHEET FOR ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND ABSORBENT ARTICLE USING SAME
A surface sheet for absorbent articles includes: a nonwoven fabric made of a short fiber; and a hydrophobic granular gel composition attached to the short fiber, and has a dispersion region in a skin-facing-side surface of the surface sheet, in which the granular gel composition is present in a dispersed state, and in the dispersion region, a dispersion state coefficient representing the dispersion state of the granular gel composition is 900-5000.
