A used paper diaper processing apparatus includes at an upper portion of a processing tank, a plurality of holding units capable of holding used paper diapers, and a continuous put-into unit including a holding unit rotation drive unit that rotationally drives each of the holding units at a put-into position I above an opening connected to the processing tank and a standby position II other than the put-into position. When the holding unit is rotated by the holding unit rotation drive unit and positioned at the put-into position, the used paper diaper held by the holding unit is put into the processing tank from the opening.

This invention relates to a disposable sanitary napkin having longitudinal curved edges and transverse ends having at least one compression line extending a long and close to the longitudinal edges, such that the pressure of the user's thighs on the product will bring about a protuberance of absorbent material towards the perineal area when worn. The product of this invention thus bring the absorbent material closer to the discharge of menstrual fluid in the absorbent middle which is the critical cause of leakage from the longitudinal edges of sanitary napkins.

An absorbent article such as a diaper can include three or more absorbent core structures for improved acquisition speed, reduced bulkiness, increased retention capacity, and improved dryness, including over multiple insults. The three or more absorbent core structures can at least partially overlap in a stacked or layered configuration in an insult zone of the article. At least one of the core structures can include an absorbent polymer or airlaid material. The absorbent polymer can be located primarily in the insult zone, and one or more of the absorbent core structures can extend beyond the insult zone. A soiled undergarment disposal container is provided. The soiled undergarment disposal container includes a bag for housing a soiled undergarment and a sealable closure for sealing the bag. A resizing mechanism including a one-way degassing valve is provided to extract air from the bag, when sealed, upon application of a force on the bag by a user, and a plurality of studs each sized and shaped to fit into and close an air extraction aperture of the one-way degassing valve. An absorbent article (10) can include a pocket (64) disposed in the front waist region 12. The pocket (64) can include a first side edge (70), a second side edge (72), an upper lateral edge (74), and a lower lateral edge (76). The pocket (64) can be closed with respect to the absorbent assembly (44) at least at the first side edge (70) and the second side edge (72) and can be open with respect to the absorbent assembly (44) at least at the lower lateral edge (76). In one embodiment, at least a portion of the upper lateral edge (74) can be closer to the front waist edge (22) of the absorbent article (10) than is the first end edge (40) of the absorbent body (34).

A diaper changing system for efficiently changing a diaper without having to carry a diaper bag. The diaper changing system generally includes a diaper having an exterior surface and an interior surface, a cavity beneath the interior surface, a plurality of dispensing openings extending through the interior surface to fluidly connect to the cavity, and a receiver opening extending through the interior surface to fluidly connected to the cavity. The receiver opening is adapted to removably receive a nozzle of a cream container to receive a cream for insertion into the cavity and later dispensing from the cavity through the dispensing openings to the skin of the baby. A bag is removably attached to the exterior surface of the diaper for storing the cream container and wipes until used. The bag is removed and used as a garbage container when the diaper is used.
