WIPER SYSTEM
The vision protection apparatus of the present invention includes a wiper mechanism which allows a user to clear condensation from an inner surface of a lens without removing the vision protection apparatus.
INTERCHANGEABLE LENS GOGGLE ADAPTABLE TO PREVENT FOGGING
Anti-fog, interchangeable-lens goggle adapted for use with a battery comprising: a body with a flexible posterior portion for engaging a user's face and an anterior portion; a lens having a resistive anti-fog element thereon, the lens adapted for engaging the anterior portion of the body; an engagement mechanism for releasably interconnecting the lens and the body; an interconnection mechanism preferably protected by a tortuous path electrical interconnection system and depending from the body adapted for detachably interconnecting the heating element of the lens and the battery, the interconnection means operable or integral with the engagement mechanism such that interconnecting the heating element of the lens with the battery also reinforces interconnecting of the lens with the semi-rigid anterior portion of the body; and a strap adapted for holding the goggle on one of a user's head and helmet.
EYEWEAR HAVING MULTIPLE VENTILATION STATES
Eyewear is disclosed that can have multiple ventilation states providing different amounts of ventilation through the eyewear. The eyewear can include a lens and a frame. In some embodiments, the lens can be movable with respect to the frame to provide the multiple ventilation states. In some embodiments, the eyewear can include a gasket that removably attaches to the frame. In some embodiments, the gasket can be movable with respect to the frame to provide the multiple ventilation states.
Bilateral compression device
The present invention provides an improved bilateral compression device for post-operative surgical site, the bilateral compression device including a central cavity presented by an outerwall and a circumscribing sidewall, the central cavity in receipt of a post-operative pillow further comprising an outer membrane separated from an inner membrane for exerting a central compressive force and central indentation force deflection towards the post-operative surgical area which varies from a surrounding compression force.
LANYARD WITH INTEGRATED EAR PLUGS AND RETRACTABLE SHEATH
A lanyard is provided. The lanyard may include a lanyard cord which is attached to a personal item such as safety glasses or an access card, an earplug cord which is attached to a first earplug and a second earplug, and a flexible retractable sheath. The lanyard cord and earplug cord may be disposed in the lumen of the retractable sheath and the retractable sheath is movable between a first position where it covers a first section of the lanyard cord and the earplug cord and a second position where it exposes the first section of the lanyard cord and the earplug cord.
PROTECTIVE EYE MASK FOR THE PRACTICE OF WINTER SPORTS
A protective eye mask for practicing winter sports and in particular alpine skiing is provided. The protective eye mask is provided with an electrically powered lyquid crystal (LC) lens having at least one LC layer made of guest-host (GH) type liquid crystals.
COMBINED GOGGLE AND FACE MASK
A combined goggle and face mask includes a goggle body, a strap, a shield, and two retaining members. Either side of the goggle body is recessed with a receiving portion. The goggle body is provided with a lens. Either end of the strap is provided with a bracket to be coupled to the receiving portion. The bracket is supported by the receiving portion. The shield is coupled to the google body. The retaining member is coupled to the bracket. Because the bracket is received in the receiving portion, the bracket can be supported by the receiving portion, so as to offset the pulling force. First edges that are oblique edges and second edges each in the form of a curved corner of the bracket are supported by two oblique sides and two bent sides each in the form of a curved corner of the receiving portion.
Eye Glass Shield Device
An eye glass shield includes a goggle frame having a center. A lens is positioned in the center of the goggle frame and is constructed of a transparent material. A pair of temples comprising of a left temple and a right temple is coupled to the goggle frame. The left temple is coupled to a left edge of the goggle frame, and the right temple is coupled to a right edge of the goggle frame. A pair of temple clips is coupled to a respective one of the pair of temples. A top base is coupled to a top edge of the goggle frame and protruding there from. A bottom base is coupled to a bottom edge of the goggle frame and extending there from. A cut-out in the goggle frame creates a bridge in the top center of the goggle frame.
Goggles
Goggles include a frame unit having a main hole and a connecting portion, an adjustment set disposed on the frame unit, a first lens unit pivotally disposed on the frame unit, and a second lens unit having an engagement portion pivotally connected to the adjustment set. The adjustment set has an adjusting unit penetrating through the main hole, a positioning unit engaging with the adjusting unit, and a positioning hole formed on the positioning unit and adapted to engage with the engagement portion. Accordingly, the first lens unit can be lifted open at any angle relative to the frame unit. The upward and downward movement of the second lens unit is adjusted by the adjustment set, and a rotation of the engagement portion within the positioning hole allows the second lens unit to be lifted open at any angle relative to the frame unit.
Molded multi-component goggle outrigger
Manufacturing methods are described for a goggle having an outrigger system where each outrigger includes a first segment coupled to a second segment at a fixed joint. Portions of the first segment may interlock or join with complementary portions of the second segment, such as through interlocking shapes, a solid friction lock, or via co-molding. The joining portions of the first and second segments may include complementary shapes that interlock together to secure the first and second segments together. The second segment may be molded onto or around at least a portion of the first segment, or vice versa, to secure the first and second segments together.
