The invention relates to an adjusting device 2 for vehicles 1, in particular electric wheel chairs or rehabilitation vehicles, recumbent systems and nursing beds, comprising at least one mounting plate 3 and one support plate 4 with a lifting device 5 comprising at least two scissor mountings 20, which are arranged at the longitudinal side edge or in a corner region of the mounting 3 or support plate 4 each and are vertically adjustable by a driving means, wherein each scissor mounting 20 is formed as double scissors and includes a first, lower scissor element 21 and a second, upper scissor element 22 which are connected to each other at one end via a common rotation pin, and the lower scissor element 21 is connected at the other end to the mounting plate 3, and the upper scissor element 22 is connected at the other end to the support plate 4 via fastening means. In order to achieve a diagonal tilting of the adjusting device, according to the invention, the at least one fastening means consists of a bracket 35 connected to the support plate 4 and a fastening unit 30 axially movable with respect to the bracket 35 at which the ends of the upper scissor elements 22 of at least one scissor mounting 20 are hinged. By means of the bracket 35 and the fastening unit 30, an axial moveability in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle seat 13 is permitted so that no deadlock can occur even in extreme positions of the scissor mountings 20.
Multifunctional wheelchair
A multifunctional wheelchair contains: a body, a support plate, a lifting seat, and a shampoo basin. The body includes a retractable mounting, a chair back, at least one drive device, and two frames. The two frames have two main wheels, the two frames have two guide wheels, and the two armrests are arranged on a second drive device. A respective armrest has an abutting portion, and the retractable mounting have two racks. The support plate is detachably engaged on the retractable mounting of the body. The lifting seat is removably engaged on the retractable mounting of the body, and the lifting seat includes a saddle on a third drive device which is configured to drive the saddle to lift or descend adjustably. The shampoo basin is detachably connected on the chair back and included a washing chamber.
Electric vehicle
In an electric vehicle, a seat on a mobile base can move between a sitting position in which a sitting surface faces the vehicle upper side, and a retracted position in which a seating portion having the sitting surface is retracted from the sitting position to the vehicle front side, a back plate on the mobile base can move between a raised position on the vehicle rear side and the vehicle upper side with respect to the seating portion in the sitting position, and a laid down position on the vehicle front side with respect to the raised position, a cargo bed portion on the mobile base is positioned on the vehicle lower side with respect to the seating portion of the seat in the sitting position and is positioned on the vehicle rear side with respect to the seating portion of the seat in the retracted position.
Input devices for controlling a wheelchair
A system for controlling a wheelchair is disclosed. The system includes an input device that includes a shaft element, a base element, and one or more annular elements. A lower distal end of the shaft element is coupled to the base element, and the shaft element is configured to pivotally move about the lower distal end of the shaft element. A first annular element of the one or more annular elements is circumferentially disposed around the shaft element. The first annular element is coupled to the base element, and the first annular element is configured to rotate about the shaft element. The input device is configured to generate one or more input signals based on a position of the first annular element and a pivotal movement of the shaft element. The one or more input signals are configured to cause a controller to set an operation mode of the wheelchair.
Robot
Provided is a robot. The robot includes a main body provided with a traveling wheel and a traveling motor for rotating the traveling wheel, a seating body including a seat body and disposed above the main body, a seat body actuator for operating the seat body, a plurality of accessories selectively mounted on an accessory mounting portion disposed on at least one of the main body or the seating body, and a processor for controlling the traveling motor and the seat body actuator based on a type of accessory mounted on the accessory mounting portion.
WHEELCHAIR
A wheelchair having a seat assembly and a base assembly. The base assembly includes a central frame, rear wheels, and leg assemblies. The leg assemblies are movable between at least a first position and a second position, which enables the leg assemblies to be stowed away when not in use. The seat assembly includes a seat component, a backrest component, and opposing side structures. The backrest component is connected to, and pivotable about, the side structures such that it may be folded down for storage or reclined for more comfortable sitting. The side structures include adjustable armrest assemblies that enable vertical adjustments of the armrests.
Electric vehicle
An electric vehicle includes: a mobile base capable of traveling by an electromotive drive; a seat including a seating portion having a sitting surface; and a battery capable of supplying electric power used in the electromotive drive. The seating portion of the seat includes a receiving portion capable of receiving the battery and arranged on a seat lower side with respect to the sitting surface. The mobile base is changeable between an expanded state in which a wheelbase is expanded and a contracted state in which the wheelbase is more contracted than in the expanded state. The seat is movable between a sitting position that the sitting surface faces a vehicle upper side in an expanded state of the mobile base, and a retracted position that the seating portion is retracted from the sitting position to a vehicle front side in a contracted state of the mobile base.
Mobile patient support chair
A mobile patient support chair to assist in bathing of a patient by a carer with little or no upper body strength comprises a chair pivotally mounted in a support frame comprised of four legs each ending in a wheel. The chair frame comprises groups of support panels which can be locked in support positions and rotated through 90 degrees to provide access to the patient's legs, buttocks and back. Additionally the chair is balanced to allow easy rotation into a fully backwards lying position, and a fully forward lying position. In the fully forward lying position flexible retaining strips are placed across the patient to retain them in place. Additionally the wheels may be step-climbing wheels to assist in climbing small steps found in bathroom entrances and shower cubicles.
